I was very happy about the stay and a great price.

Refunded a portion of our stay because we had a medical change and needed to go. Definitely will stay here again.

Staff was friendly and the hotel appeared to overall be clean. However, we did not expect to share our room with cockroaches!! I was joined in the bathroom by a very large one around 3 in the morning. Please make sure you are not leaving your suitcases open while staying here!

Beds are bigger than I thought. Very nice room at a reasonable cost.

Dated room but comfortable bed. Breakfast options were the highlight. Guy checking in people wasn’t professional looking at all. Odor of weed permeated elevator.

Hotel is older but very clean. We stayed in the suite with a kitchenette. Housekeeping was very kind and helpful. The ladies doing the breakfast were amazing and so accomodating with my kids. We stayed for 2 nights and overall had a great experiences.

Quiet clean nice stay

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good, well stocked and many choices. Hotel is close to restaurants and shopping. Pool area was nice. Parking lot was well lit.

Great for people with kids looking for comfortable amenities. Has everything necessary for a night or two - indoor pool is great, nice breakfast and gym. Is close to all the local shopping and restaurants a traveler could need.

I got bit by a spider!! I was on the first floor and it was handicap accessible. Off work, on meds.. just horrible. I guess there are spiders everywhere.

We were visiting our grandson who is a first year student at Ball State. The staff when we checked in was great. However, when we returned after dinner, I had a simple question for the staff person who made no attempt to help me. Needs customer service training.

Area was safe, enjoyed the room as it was clean, even with being next to a busy road, it was quiet and peaceful and the staff were attentive, responsive and great.

Room was dated and tub/shower was damaged from wear.

Property was close to where I needed to be (Ball State) and within walking distance of multiple food options. Room was clean with usual amenities and toiletries that were very good. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was hot but typical for a hotel of this type. Enough options to be a good start to the day. Overall, pleased and likely to consider again in the future.

There was a strong odor in our room that was not in the halls or other parts of the building. Checkin staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast food was a good variety, but staff unhelpful. I went to front desk to inform them breakfast room was out of forks. There were 3 workers behind the checkin desk and one worker in front of the desk. They were all engaged in conversation. The employee on the outside of the desk said, “They are on the other side.” She then repeated those same words. I didn’t know “the other side” of what?? There was a door open with employee related items, and I thought maybe she meant the other side of the door. But as a non-employee I was uncomfortable stepping into that room. I eventually found forks, and replaced the empty canister for all the people coming into the room for breakfast. The employee eventually came in and was frustrated that there were indeed already forks there. No one in the room spoke up, and neither did I, to inform her that I put those forks there. I was uncomfortable with the treatment towards me and happy to have found a resolution for the other guests. It was all awkward. This isn’t worth anyone getting in trouble for, but probably worth a conversation explaining to employees that when they are engaged in personal conversation with coworkers, that they might need to pause and assist their guests. It’s great to see employees able to relax and converse with fellow workers. But we did pay and deserve service.
