Ryan at the front desk was great and welcoming after a long day driving.

It was a fair place for me. my was not happy. she though the room had a bad odor.

Staff friendly on check in. Room neat and clean.

The staff was very friendly, but the AC didn't work in the first room we were put in. We got in late, so having to switch rooms was pretty inconvenient. The AC worked in the second room but the toilet seat was up and covered in urine. We travel with sanitizers, so we cleaned it and moved on because after 12 hours on the road we just wanted to sleep. The hotel is next to a convenience store that blasts opera music all night, which makes it difficult to sleep well.

Hotel was clean, rooms and beds were comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and professional. Pool area looked a little dated, but was clean.

I had a really good time staying here, the service was amazing. I did notice i have a $218 charge on my card and im not sure what from, i paid for the hotel in advance & the only thing i bought from the hotel was a water bottle and a blue gatorade.

Staff was extremely kind and quick. Very welcoming.

I’m not sure if our room was just old, but it smelled like stale cigarettes and I’m not a smoker and the bed was too firm for me. Otherwise the staff was friendly, location was perfect and our stay was pleasant.

Convenient

It was okay. You get what there is for the price. I wanted to avoid the expense of downtown. It was very close to the airport and not too bad from downtown area. Price was excellent and staff friendly. I was out in a handicap room which was nice and big, very open. But I wish the shower had a holder for the shower head so it could use it without holding it. Which I understand the intent was for the shower head to be accessible for others. If putting people in the room that doesn’t need the accommodation, add the holder. Stains on carpet and armchair but other than that, fairly clean.

I stayed on the 4th floor, and what started out as a great week quickly took a very bad turn when I could not receive more than 13 channels on tv. I explained to that I was a travel nurse that would be in the area for a few weeks working and liked their facility if they could just get the cable situation fixed! Needless to say, it feel on deaf ears! Th

The "non-smoking" room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke covered by air freshener. There was a continual smell of marijuana smoke throughout the floor we were on, elevator, and stairwell. The desk attendant stated it was from one man hotboxing in his car, but no weed was being smoked in the hotel. The continually fluctuating and strong smells of weed throughout the interior of the hotel both day and night (it even came through our closed room door while we were sleeping) make this statement highly unlikely. This in combination with a cracked sink, cracked and shifting floor tile, loosely mounted shower curtain, pervasive smells of cat urine in the bathroom and cigarette smoke in the bedroom, and being strongly encouraged to leave by 9 am to accommodate carpet cleaning, made this one of our worst stays ever (we are well-traveled throughout North America, Britain, Europe, and Oceania). We would not recommend this hotel to non-smokers, people who do not do drugs, anyone with children, or anyone who would like a comfortable night's sleep.
