We have stayed here before and the experience was very different. It has improved greatly. Staff more professional and kind. The facility was cleaner and aminitires were working and available. Very improved facilities I will stay again.

We stayed for 12 days at this hotel. Staff was amazing and helpful.Side note I accidentally ordered a take and bake pizza with no way to cook it and a staff member took it home and cooked it for me. Everyone was energetic and positive, shout out to my mavorite maintenance man Brent, and kitchen manager Mr Miagi lol you guys are the BEST!!!

This was so Frustrating! We spent 3 days and 2 days our keys continued to NOT work! They said they were “upgrading” but we were there for a funeral so it was back and fourth and we’re on the 3rd floor so we had to wait most of the time 15 mins in line to just ask to get in our room.
The WiFi never worked keep making them aware. Told the same thing, in the middle
Of an upgrade and it ca be spotty. AGAIN there for a funeral and trying to coordinate with family made it very difficult

I guess things happen, but during our stay, we didn’t have room keys. The machine that programs them apparently wasn’t working. The staff let us into our room using the master key. After that, we arranged our activities to always have someone to let the other into the room.
