Comfort Inn & Suites Sheridan

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

They didn’t clean our room. I don’t expect much, I just like the garbage changed. I would have had to ask for more towels if I stayed longer. They didn’t tell me upfront that they would not service the room. It seemed like they may have been short staffed. The bed was comfortable.

Property is rough condition. Staff was nice enough but everything is broken. Would not stay here again

Beautiful building, clean, quiet and comfortable. Just some issues with plumbing.

Room was dated; breakfast was subpar for what we expect from a Comfort Inn. I’ve noticed that any rooms booked through hotels.com are the grossest rooms the hotels have to offer. Comfort Inn didn’t do that until recently. Now, they also dole out their poorest rooms to guests who book with third party sites.

We were given the wrong room on check in. Another guest was given a key to our room and tried to enter our room at close to midnight!!

Reign, the desk clerk went over and beyond. She was excellent! Room was clean. Bed comfortable with a number of pillows to select from. Direct tv so you could watch whatever. Easy access off the highway.

Hotel is ready for a face lift. Pretty clean just needs some paint and stuff. Probably my biggest issue was lack of housekeeping. Was there 3 nights after 1st night had one bed made and clean towels. Nothing after that

I want to give a positive review to let everyone know that this is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable and the staff is very personable. They have a great location. It is very accessible to the freeway and downtown without any road noise. The staff was always there to give us weather and travel information. We will stay there any time we are in the area and would suggest it to anyone for a quiet, friendly, comfortable stay.

This is one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The first room they gave me had a bunch of dead bugs squished on the wall by the air conditioner and on the floor. The comforter had what looked like a big, yellow pee stain on it. One of the pillows looked like it had mascara on it and was never changed out from the previous guest. I requested a new room and told the front desk person the reason why and showed her pictures and all she said was, “oh, well let’s see if this next room is more suitable for you.” The next room didn’t have dead bugs, but it looked like the cleaning lady didn’t clean up the puke in that was still in the bathtub. This place is disgusting…..

The location was good for what we needed. We booked for the Hot tube but it was under remodel and was not advertised with Expedia so slight disappointment. The continental breakfast was good, options were small but good. The rooms heating was nice.

Clean and modern. Outside entrance door nearer my room wasn’t working so we had to drag suitcases a great distance.

1st room smelled, could hear rhe neighbor in the next room. I requested a room change, the receptionists happily switched me to a different room. I stayed here in September, the room i stayed in was clean and not smelly, totally different experience this time.

Our room was pretty beat up and the walls were super thin. We would hear people talking all night long.

pool closed unable to use, lady at desk wanted to not check me in because my card had husbands name and quite nasty about it ...have stayed here multiple times in past and never a problem before

Desk clerk was very good at check in. The room was very cold and the heater took over an hour to warm the room up so I could take my coat off. Corners of the room were dirty, food was left in the fridge from a prior stay and I found peanuts on the floor by the trash can(not mine)

Nice and clean hotel. They could do better with breakfast, though
