Excellent check in. Room very clean and comfortable. Only problem encountered was the ice machine in the hall was out of order but the desk provided ice so even that was not a real problem. Check out was easy and courteous.

We were in town for a tournament and needed a place to sleep and shower- it provided both and customer service was top notch. The quick breakfast was convenient and constantly being cleaned and restocked.

Bathroom was dirty. Tub was filthy as well as shower curtain. Bed was fine and a/c was cold. Tv worked well. All in all for a budget motel it was just fine. But they need to work on the people that clean. They can do better

I asked to be on the top floor away from elevators. My flight got in at 8pm got to the hotel after 9.
Of course my room was on the second floor when I clearly asked for top floor away from the elevator.
So after being exhausted from travel she had to find a room on the top floor and of course it was right across from the elevator

There was a cockroach wing on the bathroom floor and a live roach swimming in the toilet that I flushed immediately. The room was ok for the night, but definitely too expensive for the quality of it.

The bathrooms were filthy, the floors were dirty, the room smelled like stale cigarettes, the beds were uncomfortable. Staff was rude and did not want to help with anything. Would never recommend and would honestly like a refund.

I told the desk reseptionist about the room being dirty and wanted some compensation of my room back. She informed she couldn’t because I booked with Expedia. I asked for a call from the manager and have yet to reserve one.
