Liked the price. Comfortable bed. Not very friendly.. bath wouldn’t drain. Only one bar of soap. Things like that will probably preclude from staying there again.

We selected the Comfort Inn because we stayed here before and the free shuttle to Mayo. Be advised that the shuttle stops at 5:30 and does not operate on weekends. The accommodations were clean and comfortable sleeping.

I am on the road all of the time. When I check into a hotel, I hope that the elevator works and that there is hot water for a shower. Unfortunately, I had neither of these. Staff was great, place was great, but basic hotel maintenance not so great. That's not on the staff that's on the owner.

It’s a nice cozy hotel, except for 2 things: there were kids running down the halls and banging on the doors. I called the front desk to ask them to stop and it didn’t. I’m a night shift RN and it was very hard to get back to sleep during that. Second, the hot water on my day to leave was not working, so I had to take a cold shower. Not the end of the world, but not what I was expecting.

Overall it was an ok stay but I probably wont be staying at this hotel again next time we are in Rochester.
We were able to check in early which was very helpful. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. There were issues with the front door while we were there. We stayed 3 nights and didn’t get any garbage pick up or towel refreshing while there. We had issues with card keys working in our door. I did like the location. Lots of food options and coffee options. I instantly disliked the hotel once I discovered they don’t have freshly brewed coffee. The automated coffee is the worst in my opinion.
Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall, breakfast was good and lots of options.

One of the "perks" that this property had for this trip was access to a pool / hot tub. Upon check in, we were notified that these were out of order at this time due to a mechanical issue. Definitely unfortunate timing, as we were planning on using these amenities.

Great room and great value. The lady who does the breakfast does great job too.! It was actually HOT food and tasted good. We had one minor suggestion for an improvement and the nice gentleman at the front desk promised to check on our suggestion.
