Great service. Little noisy in the hallways when doors slam shut. Room was warm and comfortable. Been to many hotels and worry about bed bugs but this place was like home away from home.

The staff was very nice, but there was no hot water (barely even warm) in the shower, hallways had not been recently vacuumed, and the sheets needed to be changed before we moved in. Surrounding property was unattractive.
In light of all these things, it was greatly overpriced!

First room we were put in smelled of cigarettes. Management then put us in an executive suite next door. Better room with a few handicap features that were appreciated. Cleanliness spotty. Hair in bathroom floor. Asked for extra towels that never arrived. Breakfast ran out of key items. Cracks in outside sidewalk made luggage cart difficult to maneuver.

This hotel is way overpriced for its condition. Very basic at best. Breakfast wasn’t good. Toilet tank overflowed about a pint of water on the floor every time you flushed. The shower drain didn’t work and tub filled up.

Check-in was fast and efficient. The hotel is bright and the room is comfortable and clean. There is a very nice area to walk a dog and, while it's clearly part of the hotel grounds, it's unmarked so I'm not sure we were in the right area. The hotel feels modern and clean. It was a good place to relax after a long drive.
