It was a great stay

When i reserved ,ad said i would be getting 2 queen size beds and 1 sofabed , When i got there there was only one queen bed and a sofabed ,we had to sleep 4 kids and 2 adults and it wasn't too comfortable, also no elevator so it was hard having to carry a baby with a stroller up and down the stairs

The sheets were dirty, the bathroom too. The elevator was broken so that was a struggle.

I booked my stay at this hotel over two months in advance, expecting a safe and professional experience. Unfortunately, that’s far from what I received. During my stay, my room key was mistakenly given to another guest, who entered my room while I was inside. This was incredibly alarming and felt like a major security breach. Even worse, the same group later returned and harassed us in that original room before we were finally relocated. While the staff apologized and moved us after the harassment, there was no follow-up to ensure our safety or well-being, and no compensation was offered. When I inquired about compensation, I was met with attitude and told I could just check out if I wanted—which felt dismissive and unprofessional. I was also told the new room we were moved to was more expensive, but no proof or rate breakdown was given. I later checked both the hotel’s own website and Expedia, where I booked the stay, and found that both rooms were listed at the same rate—meaning I was misled. There was no manager on duty at the time of these incidents, and no manager followed up afterwards. Additionally, none of the hotel staff I interacted with wore name tags, which made it impossible to know who I had spoken to. This lack of accountability made an already stressful situation feel even worse. Despite all of this, the hotel has refused to issue any form of compensation, simply stating the stay was nonrefundable.

The hotel was very clean and the personnel were kind and friendly.

Good breakfast, nice staff. 5 min walk to beach, but our sheets and towels had stains on the them.

Nice comfortable place located close to the beach. The bed was a bit soft for my preference. We would stay here again.

We stayed at Comfort Inn, and while there were a few positives, overall the experience didn’t meet our expectations. Pros: • Check-in was quick and easy. • The room was clean upon arrival. • The hotel was quiet, which we appreciated. • Great location close to tourist spots. Cons: • The front desk staff were rude, never smiled, and didn’t make us feel welcome. • Our room key was deactivated 24 hours before our actual check-out time, which was unnecessary and inconvenient. • The pool area was dirty and messy, with wet towels, clothing, and sandals left unattended. • Our room was only cleaned once during our stay, and even then it was done halfway—one of the beds wasn’t made just because we had two pillows and a blanket of our own on it (nothing valuable). • The breakfast was decent in taste but poorly stocked. Items were not replenished regularly, and on our last day, there was no yogurt, apple juice, or chocolate milk in the breakfast area fridge. • Overall, the price was not reasonable for what was offered.

I booked a 2 bed and pull out bed and I show up and it’s only one bed and one pull out bed. I asked for a refund with the lady in the front and she said her manager said I could have a partial refund so I would get half of what I spent, and that was kinda understandable for canceling when I got to the room to see it wasn’t enough bedding. And the next day I get an email that I will not get a refund at all. The sofa was stained when I walked it that’s the 1st thing I saw. The other chair that’s like a sofa material was also stained. I would never go back to this place again. It doesn’t even have an elevator for my special needs child.

The staff was extremely nice, room was nice and clean (I was a bit worried after reading some other reviews, but the room was very nice), breakfast was amazing each day with many options, and the pool was very nice! Overall, I really enjoyed it and I think I will be coming back soon!

Room was nice, elevator was under construction making it a bit of inconvenience. Front desk lady questioned needing more towels when only 3 where in the room. Not allott of parking. Overall stay was good. Close to beach!

The property listed washer and dryer, there was none for guests. We were told the remodeled property had them. Sheets and towels smelled. Fridge wasn't cool. Tv did not have premium channels as stated. Breakfast had to be eaten downstairs, with limited space for all the guest to even fit. NO elevators. As a 8 momth pregnant woman, it was a struggle. That is something that should be listed. It took us 10 minutes to check in bc the front desk clerk was on the phone. To check out i waited in line for more than 5 min, so i juat kindly left my keycards on the desk, as i had my family waiting in the car.
