The pool area was closed, the rooms were older and needed updated.

We were in town for the stock show and met friends at this hotel. Clean room and excellent breakfast.

I have stayed several times this month and the staff have always been very professional and accommodating.

Unfolded sleeper sofa to find that previous guests linens and garbage had been folded into sofa and not checked or cleaned. Upon calling the front desk, received an apology and was told I could come down and get new sheets. Appears room was not vacuumed, or vacuumed very poorly.

Nice clean room

I can not stress enough: DO NOT STAY HERE. It smelled like feet, the carpet is old, the lighting is dim, the chair is filthy, I was put in a double room and couldn't sleep on either bed as they both were sagging in the middle, I couldn't get the temperature regulated in the room (Im sure those wires sticking out arent safe), the walls are thin (the adjacent room slept with their tv on for 2 nights) and to add insult to injury, HOUSEKEEPING STEALS. I left around 315am for a red-eye flight. When I got home and unpacked, I noticed that I had left some valuables there. I called the front desk on two different days and was told there were no items turned in (not surprising) and that Judy/Julie does the housekeeping, they would ask her about it, and would pass my information on to management. No one has called me yet. I've contacted the local PD to tell them about it, but Im not sure if they can do much, and Choice Hotels to speak with someone above the manager at this location. Im extremely heartbroken as the items are irreplaceable. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel.

Staff was very helpful and friendly at the motel. Rooms were very clean which i very much appreciated.

Always love staying here. I received bad customer service at my last visit but this time it was excellent. I did not see the worker there that was unfriendly this time. All was great, staff was helpful as usual and friendly. I recommend this place for travelers.
