I booked this hotel for my husband while he was driving across the country for work. He was very happy with the choice. He said it’s a really nice hotel and would happily stay again. He was very pleased the washer and dryer was only $1 each cycle!

Quiet easy access to my errands. They need variety in the hot breakfast choices. Hot tub jets did not work. Staff super friendly and made me feel at home.

The stay was fine. We were on the 3rd floor and the elevator was broken. We are a senior couple and stairs were hard. No out of order sign. No iffer to help with luggage.

Our room was not cleaned very well. Hair and toothpaste in the sink, hair and shower gel all over in the shower and tub, floors in the entryway and bathroom area were not swept they were dirty.

Over all a great stay. The staff were friendly, room was clean, and building was over all pretty put together. The pool was super cold and stair case walls were dirty. Over all a great stay and exactly what I expected from a comfort inn

Bathroom was absolutely filthy. They are outside working on landscaping which is fine but really....The room is where i stay. And it was dirt. Floor was unvacumed...etc...Bed wer fine. Tv was ok but difficult to navigate.

Terrible breakfast. Bacon was not done and all clump together. Eggs tasted like rubber.
Upon checking out, I had to throw my key cards over-the-counter… All staff was sitting on the front porch smoking.

The staff at the front desk needs to be retrained. I will never stay at this place again. The rooms were very nice and the lady at the breakfast area was outstanding .
I should have been warned as the lady was rude to the person ahead of me. She tried to tell me I signed a paper agreeing with the terms when I asked for it she showed me an unsigned paper. I had signed a paper but it had different info on it. When I pointed that out she said that they threw away the paper I signed because there was a mistake. Of course hotel.com couldn’t do anything because it was not one of their employees.
I said I would call comfort inn and was told that they were a chain and comfort inn couldn’t do anything and told me not to call them.
I learned a very valuable lesson. Do not use hotel.com and book with comfort inn.
