Our stay at the Comfort Inn was great! The staff were awesome and the rooms were clean and quiet. The location was perfect for us. We had easy access to the major roadways. Definitely recommend!

Everywhere was clean and comfortable. Nice shower, desk and chairs with good lighting. Easy check in, nice staff. Reakfast was for me, eggs and sausage, werent bad for this kind of kitchen. Also offered cereals, yogurts and waffles.
I would stay there again!

The contential breakfast was nice it had alot of variety,from eggs to waffles,coffee to orange juice. The only thing I wished it had was a microwave to make your oatmeal, but i guess you could it to your room.The room was clean ,beds comfortable. The front desk people very helpful and friendly. Stayed 3 nights couldnt hear traffic or your neighbors or people out in the hall. Would definitely stay again.

When I arrived at check in... The first room appeared to have a person still staying in it, as shoes on floor, and T.V. on so I immediatley left. Second room had a sticky floor when walked in, and dried urine splattered on the wall. Went to ask for a refund, but because of third party booking he said it would be difficult. Third room I never saw as heard the young man's co-worker or supervisor lady complaining about these scenarios when I was waiting for the elevator, so I decided at that point, I was not going to stay, and work on refund after finding other accomodations.

I tried to cancel one hour after I made the reservation due to insurance issues (my home had just flooded.) No one answered the phone and no manager was available the subsequent two days when I attempted to reach them. When hotels.com was finally able to contact someone,.the refused to refund my money. Again, I tried to cancel an hour after making the reservation.

One night on business. Room Hvac system had no digital control, it had 2 knobs and if the heater was on over night we would cook in a few hours and so we left it off and woke up at 3am freezing. It was on and off only, no temp to choose, etc.
The bed was dirty and was slept on and god knows what else. It smelled like BO but I was too tired to call and have someone tell me to go down and get new linens so I just slept on top of the bed, with the one pillow that seemed the cleanest. I took pocs of the stains, hair, and feces in the bedding.

Had to change my room, due to bed not being made, then in the neww bed the sheets had stains. The hotel is beautiful but a little more attention to details with the rooms.
