Comfort Inn Lexington I-75

Breakfast was horrible. You can tell the juice machine hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Other than that our stay wasn’t horrible.

Double charged for room at checkin. Odd layout with parking and steep, uneven driveways, view was only a parking lot. Breakfast was terrible, only watery inedible eggs and dry turkey sausage.

The bathroom needed painted.

The hotel was extremely clean. There is a "gentlemens" club nearby but it never presented any problems. The hotel is very quiet and I felt safe.

Price

Insects/bugs in room, room and especially bathroom smelled of mildew and showed water damage. Pool was closed and gym also smelled of mold/mildew and had visible water damage.

Staff was nice, tv remote did not work it was broken, front desk gave me another remote that did not work either.

It was good until the power went out for about 4 hours (not their fault) but the air-conditioning did stay on!!!

I stayed here with my family and it was absolutely awful. The room was not clean and someone was smoking weed in a room close to ours. I have breathing issues and it was irritating my throat. We asked to be moved and the employee had a bad attitude. She first explained that they don’t rent rooms by the hour. Not sure what she meant by that as my room had been paid for prior to arriving; 3 minutes of my life I’ll never get back. Then, in order to move us, she needed to know what type of room we had originally. I told her the amenities that our room had, but that wasn’t what she was looking for. We had another 3-5 minute discussion about all of the rooms and types of amenities the hotel offers. This was at 2:00 AM while my kids and husband stood with me and waited. There was also another family waiting to be checked in. Eventually, we were switched to the 3rd floor and the room was so much cleaner and better than what we were in. The corporate office did give me points towards another stay somewhere else, but I wanted to save someone else the stress and aggravation.

Bed bugs were found

We have stayed at this Comfort in before which helped us choose it for this trip as well. The only issue we had was the shower head. It could not be changed to another setting and the setting it was on was not ideal for showering. (The room we stayed in last time had an updated shower head). Other than that wonderful service, clean room, and great price!

I stay here when i have medical appointments. My favorite place to stay. Prince always takes care of anything I need.

The people were nice but there was someone smoking weed in one of the rooms and it made the whole hotel smell.

Room wasn't ready, facility old/ dirty, several groups of people lingering in lobby and hallways

The room was nasty! It smelt like cigarettes and mold, the sheets were stained, the headboard had what looked like some form of dried fluids on it, and the carpet was stained and dirty. We immediately went and reported it to the front desk and asked for a refund but was told he could just give us another room. We did not want another room due to how nasty the room was they gave us originally, because if they kept that room as nasty as it was, another room would be no better. We booked through Expedia and asked for a refund and Expedia informed us the Hotel would not approve a refund. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Only complaint is the road/driveway to get to the hotel has a huge pot hole and is in desperate need of repairs.

The hotel is right next to a gentlemen’s club, wasn’t clean and had construction in the same level as us.
