It was a nice Clean room at a very fair price

Had a pretty good stay. The pool hours for quiet time are understandable (the volume in the pool area is considerable and it'squite hot in there). Breakfast options are great! Pizza delivery is close and easy access to Wings Event and a gas station close.

I booked this hotel two months in advance because of the good star ratings and affordable price. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the reviews. Our toilet was literally coming up from the floor, and when I reported it to the front desk, they didn’t seem to care. The room itself was dusty, the toilet had what looked like black mold around the rim, and there were spiders in the corners. At checkout, the front desk staff had earbuds in and was talking on the phone while assisting us, which felt very unprofessional. The pool also closed at 9 PM, which was disappointing since most places we’ve stayed keep theirs open later. Honestly, the only decent part of the stay was the breakfast.

The hotel was safe, clean & the staff was helpful. The building is old & needing updates, but beds are comfortable & breakfast was good.

The only hotel that supplied clean towels each day and cleaned the bathrooms and made the bed each day, Thank you for a great stay,

It was fine. The building itself was good but the room smelled of stale cigarettes and their breakfast was cereal only.

Black mold in the bathroom looks like they tried to cover it up. Dead bolt didn't work on the door and bathroom door handle was screwed up. Carpet was dirty

Convenient to Kalamazoo airport as well as Portage and downtown Kalamazoo. Very near I-94 exit/entrance. Currently a little difficult to get into parking area and main entrance with inadequate signage. Breakfast good.

It was ok for one night as a rest stop. Notjing else. Brekfast was good. The breakfast area is tiny and gets full quickly ( 4 tables only). The bathroom in the room needed a lot of upgrades. The toilet looked dirty and so did the bathtub. Check on woman was not friendly and was annoyed when i asked for the wifi password.

Everything getting a little run down and our dated. Was very convenient next to the interstate…but you could really hear the cats reve up at the traffic lights. We managed to sleep through it each night though. Decent place at a decent price

The manager at the front desk was very hospitable and gave us a free room upgrade. The room itself was as expected given what we paid. Overall ok got an overnight stay.

The room has a wet, musty smell and was small and crowded for been a "handicap accessible" room. There was something that looked like baking soda in the far corner. By morning our shoes felt wet.

Hôtel calme, un grand hall, salon avec canapé, ainsi que les tables et le petit déjeuner. Nous n'avons pas testé la piscine mais elle avait l'air bien. En plus du thé et café en accès libre, dans la hall se trouve un distributeur d'eau fraîche agrémenté de rondelles de citrons. Il y a un laundry et un ATM. Le petit-déjeuner était complet avec du salé également, une machine à gaufre, yaourts, céréales, ... La chambre était propre et spacieuse, avec un bureau et une chaise, en plus du frigo, micro-ondes et cafetière habituels. Je recommande cet hôtel et j'y retournerai sans hésiter.

Very easy check-in. Room was clean and well appointed. Staff was friendly and breakfast was very good. Location is centrally located.

Room was clean and well kept. Continental breakfast was very good and had a nice selection. Cheese egg omelettes were plentiful and tasty.

Best stay in a hotel ever for myself and my fiance. Only complaint is the day shift front desk woman was not friendly, no greeting or welcome and looked like she did not want to be there, on her cellphone most of the time. Overnight gentleman was very helpful and much nicer. Overall a wonderful stay

Quick stop on our way back home from our road trip. Check in was great, room were clean, food was good at breakfast.

Very inconveniently set up room. One tiny little nightstand that was about 2 feet away from either bed. Very poor water pressure in the shower. We had to check out a day early and they would not consider a refund.
