Shuttle never showed up at airport and return times were inconvenient, so we had to uber both ways which made my costs higher. Staff had one man trying to appease a lot of airline interruption stays, long line when we arrived and no other staff came to help him. He did get us in a room in about 15 minutes, and was polite.

This hotel has a very rude staff. I tried to call the hotel many times. No one would answer then my room did not have heat and it was 48° outside and I was so cold all night. I could not sleep the front desk. Guy said it’s a new type of AC system and they were having problems with getting the heat to work. Did nothing for my inconvenience or offer me any type of compensation.
The airport shuttle was late and I almost missed my flight when they drop me off at the airport. The driver did not get out to get my bags from the rear of the van and drove away with my bags now they want me to pay to have my bag shipped. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel in my life. It’s really a joke honestly

The breakfast was convenient and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The only thing was there was no sheets blankets or pillows for the pull out bed. We had a good stay and will be back.

The staff were fantastic! So friendly and helpful. The only thing was the third floor had a bit of a stagnant smell, but only in the hallways really, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and my kids loved the Texas shaped waffles!

Old but clean. The wind howled through the door. However the if door to bedroom was closed it helped.Transfer from airport th hotel was terrible. Driver came by and for some reason wouldn't let me on. Had to phone hotel 3 times before i was finally picked uptimes before theclosed

Booked the room last minute after i got bumped from a flight. It more than exceeded my expectations. A cute lil suite with a giant jacuzzi tub. I was a woman traveling alone and felt completely safe. Staff was very friendly. Free shuttle. Real breakfast. Incredible for the price.
