Comfort Suites Grand Rapids North

I booked this hotel based on pretty good reviews that I read, but my experience didn't match. - not enough parking spaces in the lot - everything I saw and touched was kind of dirty - there were dirty towels hanging in my bathroom - bathroom faucet only ran a trickle of water, not even enough to rinse my toothbrush. I cleaned the aerator and tried to open the valves under the counter but it didn't help. - toilet seat and lid lid would not stay up because the toilet tank wasn't tight to the bowl and leaned forward - bathroom door was so out of adjustment it would drag noisily on the floor and not open/close unless I lifted it up - breakfast area was very dirty (sloppy guests) - breakfast selection was not good - coffee ran out at 8am - heater was constantly running on/off - thin walls meant noise coming from all around Would not recommend

Horrible hospitality. Very lazy and unfriendly staff.

Check in was smooth. Property and rooms were clean and well maintained. There was a few pieces of garbage from a previous guest in the nightstand, but otherwise very clean. Breakfast had lots of options.

Great stay. It was my son's birthday. Stayed at the hotel to go swimming. It was me, my son, and 4 of his brothers. Having 5 kids with me, I got short on certain items you'd expect in your room. Front desk was helpful getting everything I needd.b

We had a 4 day stay: clean, convenient hotel. The staff was efficient & friendly. Breakfast was hot & good. My husband enjoyed the pool & hot tub, while I used the tread mill. We've stayed there a few times, & will stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. The beds are very comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Clean well maintained, staff were friendly, breakfast buffet was excellent!

Outlets didnt work, alarm clock didnt work, stood at the front desk for 10 minutes before someome showed to check me in, multuple different answers about checkout time, no parking spots available. First world problem, but some people might care that the TVs dont stream, but also the TV guide doesnt display and the screen kept freezing until I gave up and turned it off (whoch took several minutes for it to respond to).

Loved my stay - avid traveler for work. Maybe increase the heat on the spa

It was fine. Quite run down and dated but overall it was just.

It was in a non congested area and very quiet. Unfortunately, the heater/AC was making some weird sounds. Also, there were multiple blood stains on the carpet.

We had a great stay. We recommend it.

Overall decent stay to rest your head. Housekeeping could work on their skills and manager could do a more thorough inspection of curtains and bedskirts from stains.

Super stay and convenient to driving.
