The room had issues. It took a while to get the TV to work correctly. The light switch in the bathroom didn't work correctly. The plugs to the bed didn't work. The phone in the room didn't work. They didn't have our room ready at 3:00. It wasn't until around 4:00pm that we got in the room. Then they didn't have clean towels available. There was a gap on the bottom between the door and door frame. We folded a towel and placed it in the gap.
The desk clerk (Constance) was great. She was friendly and walked us through everything. She felt like a friend before we left.

Check in was supposed to be at 3:00 pm and we arrived at 4:15 pm and was told “no rooms were clean”. Had to wait about 20 minutes until room was “clean”. Staff was rude, unapologetic and argumentative with us when inquired when room would be ready. Once in room, noticed it was cleaned in a hurry. Bedding was coming off of bed and not presentable, also had hair on it. Tub was stained and leaking. Insufficient amount of towels (1 body towel and 2-3 hand towels). Quality and service of facility is definitely sub-par to competitors. Would not stay here again.

Should have had a video of Staff in AM. The front desk had between 2-6 in and around desk...talking, laughing, then needing a break to go outside to smoke. All the while work could have been done. I wish the owner would show up. The hotel has possibilities but those will not be reached with staff.

Staff was incredibly nice. Amenities were average.
Parking lot was disgusting with trash everywhere. Water temp in shower was never above lukewarm. Volleyball tourney in town on Fri night and teenagers were running wild thru the hotel. Nothing was done.
Overall, a decent stay at a decent price.

The personnel at front desk that checked me in was really nice and helpful. Entering room, it looked clean and well prepared. The bathroom was falling apart a bit. Tub was dirty with black spots and mirror on wall was starting to fall apart. Sink area was soap scummed. Breakfast was okay. The food prepared was good but no a lot of drink options, especially for a toddler.

The front door stayed locked and a police officer had to open it for you every time you went outside. There were ceiling tiles missing in the hallways. The elevator inspection has been expired since last year. There was also a man walking around in the lobby during breakfast barefoot and looked like he just crawled out of bed. When I came back from dinner the front desk lady was talking about strip clubs. This seems more like an hourly hotel than a nights stay.

A truly terrible hotel. Our room had a broken faucet, a slow toilet drain, a broken toilet seat, a broken bathroom countertop, the hairdryer cord was cut, the sink faucet rattled around, the shower had an indentation in the floor that never drained unless you splashed the water out, there wasn’t any toilet paper, the foldout couch didn’t have bedding, the couch had white stains on it (vomit), no hand towels, only one washcloth, and I’m sure I’m missing something else. We were so grossed out by everything we skipped the included breakfast and ate out instead. One bright spot was the folks working the front desk were extremely nice and apologetic. Definitely don’t go.

Need a little more in terms of cleaning. There was a security guard present at night, this was a little odd, Ive never been to a decent hotel that needed secuirty guard overnight. It was quiet but I stayed one night. Stains in carpet and on ceiling. There was a hair on the shower wall that wasnt mune. My counter top was glued together at the sink. Staff was amazing, everyone was so friendlyz positive and upbeat! Definitely made up for cosmetics.

Fire alarm at 1:30 in morning. No fire. Housekeeping did not provide towels. Did not remove trash. This was after they asked. My wife even put the towels outside the door as asked. Not a horrible experience but close.
