Comfort Suites Miamisburg - Dayton South

We arrived early and the front desk staff checked to get us in. Was very grateful as was in town for a wedding. He was very kind and helpful.

Went for a family graduation for two night stay. If not for family would have left after one. The room was clean but the bed was horrible Everytime you moved it creaked and popped. The breakfast was the most limited two bananas some bread muffins and the cereal looked like it hadn’t been touched and wouldn’t come out on the bean flakes I gave up on it. Second day I didn’t even eat

They don't wash the sheets. Pool doesn't work. Over charged my card!

Very easy to find. Clean.

My only complaint is the bed it was uncomfortable other than that I really liked the hotel

The area was quiet. I didn’t like the shower, it wasn’t bolted to the wall, also the mattress was horrible it sounded like thunder every time you moved.

Decent property. I would stay here again. Hotel needs and update, but the staff were professional and welcoming.

I liked the pillows and the bed. That's the main reason I always stop at Comfort Inns and Suites. However, They put me on the 2nd floor at the end of the hall right next to a big intake fan and every time it came on it rattled. It was very loud. I considered asking for a room change but I had already unpacked and didn't want to go to the trouble. That fan woke me up several times during my 5 night stay. Also, the lobby floor had mud all over it. I didn't want to walk in mud each time I went in or out so I had to watch where I was going. The carpets in the lobby looked as if they hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. As I said, mud! There was trash outside leading to the entrance that stayed there all 5 days I was there. The ashtrays on the walls were full so people resorted to just throwing butts on the ground. The hotel was just very trashy looking from the moment I got out of my car until you got to my room.

The front desk has no idea what they are doing. Tried to get me to pay for my room twice by saying my card declined. Went online to my bank statement and the payment went through and the front desk employee tried to tell me I still needed to pay.

Never got the room cause i had my kids just to swim for 2 hours while we waited on there mom to pick them up I told to book a different room never got a refund

Very clean! Breakfast was in short supply, we never really saw many employees, except the cleaning staff in the morning who were very friendly, and I am from the South but hospitality otherwise was low. A very dated hotel.

There was a lot of noise from the lobby. The ceiling looked like there was some kind of leak, so the paint was peeling off.

Nice clean hotel. Room was exceptional: clean, looks newly renovated with laminate floors, always great bedding, lots of room with 2 beds and a sitting area with couch, ottoman, desk and chair. Would highly recommend!

A very frustrating experience all the way around. There approach to adding extra fees and/or deposits violates lodging laws.

I really appreciate the lovely lady at the counter who allowed me to check in an hour early. She clearly saw that I was exhausted from traveling and needed to rest. My room was clean and quiet. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you so much, Juliana Perel

Staff was friendly and no issues. We were there 5 nights, in and out all day. They mopped thru the whole lobby etc daily. Full breakfast daily 6:30-9:30. Lots of eateries locally. We chose to stay an extra night & the front desk staff was very accommodating. They also have 2 car charging stations in front.
