My upgrade King Suite is very spacious and comfortable. My sincere thanks to a housekeeping supervisor/employee who noticed this afternoon I was struggling to enter my suite. She showed me that it might be easier for me/quicker if after I inserted my room key card I turned the door handle up once the green light came on and I heard the lock click. Success! I have no more problems with that and yes you can teach an old dog new tricks!

The staff is friendly & helpful with my questions and needs. This morning the front desk lady was very kind in letting me know I was off a full day today is the 19th not the 20th. Suppose it could be because I am very anxious to move into a hot tub room on the 20th?!

We stay at this hotel whenever we are in town to see our family. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel. Always a good experience for us. Been coming here for a few years. I highly recommend this place!

Did not get any photos but per their description they offer an indoor heated pool (was not heated) as well as the spa was only heated for the first night of the 3 night booking. One of the days they had a loud fan that sounds like a vacuum outside our room drying their carpet for hours. Mom with 2 kids inside one being a baby.

Rented the room to be in town for work the next day. It has a pool hot tub and breakfast for some of the amenities all being the reason we chose this place. First off the pool and hot tub are indoors but
The pool is ice cold and the hot tub is not much warmer. The breakfast was decent. The stay overall was very bad we figured that the sign on the pool room door was correct saying pools broken but open and the hot tub is good so we went in the hot tub but had to get the person from the desk because it would turn on then she got it going still couldnt go in the bubles it was making had dirt in them. Its a very old tired place that needs a remodel badly all that for 137 dollars a night. Huge huge disappointment.
