It was nice and quiet I ask for a room so I would not hear no kids or anything jumping over my head and he did what I requested pool was very nice and clean and rooms

Not to bad.. there was about 10
Bags of garbage sitting outside the pool area. Also, the room was very nice with an abundance of towels with a big tub but no plug and the shower was the only way to fill the tub

The hotel was disgusting. I had to switch room the first room I had had food on the floor, the bathtub was covered in mold and water was pouring from the faucet handle. The room also smelled terrible. There was a hole in the ceiling in the lobby where water was leaking. I would never stay at this hotel again or ever recommend

The guy that checked us in was fantastic. The property is very run down to the point it doesn’t feel clean. Under the bed is dusty, the room is a little musty. For $180/night I would not stay here again.

This property gives Comfort Suites a black eye. It has not been maintained inside or out. Paint chipped, Holes in walls and trim. Missing lights. Furnace stained. Not clean in hallways. Worn carpets. Too many others to list.

We booked a king size bedroom and when we first walked in it smelled extremely musty. After a few minutes we realized that the carpet was all wet around the AC and past the bed and so we went to the front desk where they upgraded our room to a king size with jacuzzi tub. This room was good and felt reasonably clean but the bed was still terrible and needed upgrading. The staff was very nice but it seems like there could be poor management since every store area you seen just utter chaos and a mess.

This place was absolutely a mess! I went to the elevators to the 3rd floor where our room was the floors were filthy the second we got off the elevator the whole floor smelled like weed . I go into our room and it smelled horrible old musty the pillows had koolaid stains all over them the cover on the bed had stains . The bathroom shower water only came out one hole of the shower head . I was scheduled to stay 2 nights after the first night I checked out early . I couldn’t do another night it was disgusting!

Kinda dark when you walk in the building. Weird smell. Only 1 front desk attendant. Had to wait like 10 min until finally someone helped us. Elevators were dirty and stunk. Room door frame was damaged. Door didn't shut all the way unless you pushed or pulled it closed. Room was dark and really had a foul smell to it. The main light didn't work. Windows were filthy with smeared hand prints.

We paid for a king bed and was given a full or a queen. Way smaller than we paid for. We checked in and 1230am and were beat by the time we got to our room. Once we entered our room was when we noticed they gave us the wrong size bed. We were too tired to go back down and deal w it.

The room smelled, there was hair all over the bathroom, paint was peeling, and overall the property was dirty — just to name a few of the unpleasant things. We also didn’t arrive to the hotel until 1am and when asked if we could get a late checkout we were told such a request would be at an additional cost.
Then we found ants in the room. Yuck! We tired to call down to the front desk but the phone didn’t work. We called from our cell phones we were told that because the front desk attendant was alone she could not bring our new keys to us. So down to the front lobby we went in our pajamas — twice because the new room keys were not programmed currently.
The second wasn’t much better. Dead bugs & broken tile in the bathroom, a carpet that hadn’t been vacuumed and a toilet that wouldn’t stop running. DO NOT stay at the hotel if you want any amount of restful sleep. It was good for a laugh if nothing else.

Booked a family trip to this property safe to say do not bring your young family here. Not only was the surrounding area bad but once inside you are welcome to construction. Which also is actively being done in your room. When you move to your room expect your ac to be locked at 60 degrees with non cold air blowing out until about 1am. Not only that but people are l actively smoking in the entry of the building but also in their rooms. When you ask them about the situation they simply write it off. Pool was unclean and had a floating white film so we could even enjoy that amenity. Family’s stay away

The hallways and elevators were very dirty. The whole place had a disgusting stench, especially on the floor that I stayed on by the ice machine. There were several bags of trash by the ice machine that did not get taken out, they were there when I checked in at 3pm and still there the next day at 11am when I checked out. On a side note, my room was clean and the service was good.

Easy location for travel. We stayed with our dog. Requested a double room, got a king. Furniture was worn and carpet smelled like urine but they did a good job with cleaning it. Breakfast good and staff friendly.
