Bathroom smelled like urine which made the room smell too and there was a soaked towel too and there were a lot of ants and bugs

My room was 55 degrees and the thermostat was disabled. I asked for a second blanket on the second night. The alarm clock wàs unusable. The room number was 228.

Very nasty, rude workers. Roaches and bedbugs in my room. Do not recommend.

Onerous deposit, room had no blackout curtains, unfriendly front desk agent. But it is comfort inn.

Stayed here for a hockey tournament, and it was awful. Zero-star hotel. No exaggeration, there were sketchy individuals and people engaged in suspicious behavior on our floor—like something straight out of Breaking Bad. The entire floor and room reeked of all kinds of smoke—thick and unmistakable—plus foul odors and something bizarre and off-putting I’d never smelled before—possibly tied to Breaking Bad activities? Hard to say! Other teammates saw shady guests throwing bags of trash out the window, and for two days, there was a pile of someone’s personal belongings dumped next to the parking lot. Despite multiple complaints to the front desk, nothing was done, which suggests they’re well aware their hotel is a hub for illegal activities and questionable conduct. Stay away.

Really great place to relax.

Very nice. Beds were comfortable. Only thing that was a problem was the bathtub was small. But everything else was awesome. I’m saving this place as my permanent stay when I come back up.

Overall cleanliness of hotel/pool was sub par at best. Had to ask for pool towels as the dirty towel bin was overflowing. Towels were left on the pool deck floor overnight (not picked up the following morning dirty pool towel bin still overflowing.

Nice accommodation

Huge red stain on the carpet at the entrance of our room, the only ice machine that worked was on the 2nd floor, and the first night we stayed there was no hot water for the shower. All 3 of us had to take cool showers that kept going cold then back to cool..horrible.

The stay was horrible. Started at front desk, young man was rude. Once in the room, noticed the bathroom was not completely cleaned. The toilet had blood stains on it. We went to front desk to inform young man, who said sorry, and looked at me like I was lying. Finally try to use toilet, slow drain, and gets backed up. Shower head doesn't sprinke water out only drips, with remaining water coming out of faucet. Shower curtain only closes on middle, not completely. There was noise for hours early hours of morning from 3-5am. Entire experience was ridiculous. Also we're in room 201! Once more thing the smoke detector had a shower cap over it.

I like the fact that this hotel was central to downtown Providence and surrounding restaurants room was big and comfy I was able to early check in and late checkout with no issues on a holiday weekend Prices are reasonable Downsides *No fresh towels unless I asked (no cleaning service until your 3rd day stay apparently you have to call and ask and when I did the gentleman at the front desk told me to find the cleaning lady on our floor and ask her myself) *We stood on the fourth floor(the only ice machine that works was on the 2nd) *My tub was clogged so kept filling up quickly & water took forever to get hot so I took a hot shower every other shower depending who went first *Pool was out of service into our 2 day of my stay *It snowed stormed pretty bad while I was there into the night NO ONE SHOVELED the side walk entrances that night (the next day it rained turned it all into ice and slush)HUGE SHOUTOUT TO THE POOR FRONT DESK KID THEY MADE SHOVEL IN THE RAIN THE NEXT DAY IN HIS SHINEYSHOES OUTFIT 4 STARS FOR THIS KID imagine walking in and out of your hotel seeing ice and snow fall off the hutches or ice patches in the parking lot Sad part is prices where super reasonable so I'd like to stay here again just not with all the in betweens

Overall not a bad place to stay for a night or 2 staff was friendly Breakfast was great. My complaints: no heat in the room or no way to regulate it, it snowed and it was slippery out there no one salted the sidewalks and almost fell. My kids enjoyed the pool but the water was a little cloudy and it smelled. My kids thinks otherwise and took a swim.
