Convenient location for our needs

All good. Room was in good shape.

Upon my arrival to the hotel Mia asked me to confirm my address at check in and I let her know it was a local address and she then proceeded to inform me that they do not let locals stay at the hotel and she would this time but for future. Which was odd because I have booked at this hotel before and it was never an issue and other hotels around the area to have a weekend getaway for the kiddos. This morning we went to the complimentary breakfast and the lady hosting the breakfast area was very rude when I asked her where the cream cheese was located at in the area and said its kver there and walked back into the kitchen area. When she walked back out I asked if they had a microwave for the oatmeal an she said no and walked away again. Overall the hotel is very nice and I've always loved staying there but I have never

Room was very nice and clean. Very nice facility.

Very pleasant stay

Not the best hotel, but was ok.

I liked everything about this place, our stay was wonderful just like the last time we stayed.

In it's prime you can tell it was elegant, lots of character and fine furnishing, some modern update have been added. Great overall

5 star hotel

Pool and hot tub are bigger than most hotels(ten people were in hot tub and did not feel to crowded). Breakfast was above average good solid hot breakfast with fruit and other items. Wide variety of good restaurants in the area. Loved the flavored cold water and cookies available in the lobby during the day. Very clean throughout

The staff was easy to talk to. It was a last minute reservation but they confirmed it and I was able check in and get into our room.

It was a good place to stay for us to rest after a long drive from New Mexico. The pool area was nice except for quite a bit of standing water in the corner of the room. Not sure where that came from.

Location was great for stopping on a road trip! Breakfast was great and more than just some bagels or cold cereal. The rooms were comfy and quiet.

Clean

We enjoyed our one night stay. We were traveling with our newly adopted 6 month puppy. We reserved a suite room, so we could have room for our kennel to be set up. Breakfast was really good, service by staff was good as well. Couch was a little bit of bad shape, but beds were very comfortable. Got a good nights sleep, to be able to make the final 6 hours home to Falcon, Colorado.

No garbage outside or ash trays

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Property needs a revamp. Decor is stuck in the 70’s.
