The employee at the reception/check in was the most impolite I have ever experienced. Incredibly brusque welcoming. It almost seemed like we were disturbing her. We arrived at 8:00pm after a long day on the road. After I said good evening to her she essentially gave me the keys and left without any greeting and left the front desk. Will never return to that establishment. The manager should be made aware.

Spacious room. Great swimming pool and even better hot tub. The only complaint was the curved shower curtain rod. You could not open the bathroom door fully and use the toilet. The door must be closed to set on toilet.

Wasn’t greeted at front desk. Had to holler to get someone up there. Our room had an unpleasant Odor. I realize this is a pet hotel but they should designate certain rooms for pets. You could tell they tried to mask the smell. We did enjoy the size of the room and the price was good.

The breakfast was very low on protein. It didn't have good options for a diabetic. I still had to go out for breakfast.

The property was great!

Convenient location for our needs

All good. Room was in good shape.

Upon my arrival to the hotel Mia asked me to confirm my address at check in and I let her know it was a local address and she then proceeded to inform me that they do not let locals stay at the hotel and she would this time but for future. Which was odd because I have booked at this hotel before and it was never an issue and other hotels around the area to have a weekend getaway for the kiddos. This morning we went to the complimentary breakfast and the lady hosting the breakfast area was very rude when I asked her where the cream cheese was located at in the area and said its kver there and walked back into the kitchen area. When she walked back out I asked if they had a microwave for the oatmeal an she said no and walked away again. Overall the hotel is very nice and I've always loved staying there but I have never

Room was very nice and clean. Very nice facility.

We will stay here again on our way back from chicago
