Beautiful property. Very clean and presentable. Front desk staff were very welcoming. Didn't use any of the amenities but saw others using them and enjoying themselves.
I would have liked to have had an extra electrical plug between the beds for a cpap and charge both phones. Other than that, very pleased.

Pleasant atmosphere. Desirable location. Generous spacing in the room. We were in handicap accessible room. Bathroom was pretty open. It was a bathtub, but had an attachable very sturdy shower bench, so transfer was easy and felt safe and stable. Decent seat width. Quiet throughout. Nice lighting. Breakfast had a hot as well as cold side. Great coffee and condiments. Lovely welcoming service area with coffee, fresh water, and freshly baked cookies. We will use this place the next time we are in Amarillo.

The room was old and hadn’t been updated in quite a while. The bathroom shower wouldn’t drain and the door hit your knees while you were on the toilet. The a/c didn’t seem to be working properly either. Overall disappointing.

It’s a pet friendly hotel and so when we got to our room, it stunk like a wet dog. The decor is original from the 80s as well as the carpet and everything else. The front desk clerk was rude and could care less that she was there or that you were there. We immediately checked out and went to another hotel.

I loved the suite and the bed was very comfy. However, the AC unit was in a closet in the bedroom and was extremely loud. The door on the AC closet rattled loudly and I had to wedge a piece of cardboard between the door and the doorframe to quiet it down.

This was a 1 night stay but very nice trip. Friendly people. Pool clean. Comfortable queen beds.
It was 5 of us, and we had to ask for more towels and not enough shampoo for everybody. The sofa bed eas very uncomfortable, you could feel the springs.

I had to go back to the front desk 2 times after check in to get keys that worked. The desk clerk told me each time that there was nothing wrong with the keys - but they would not work until she tried a different set of keys.
Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
