We enjoyed our stay. Pretty clean. Breakfast had lots of options, including hot food and protein. Would be happy staying here again.

Beautiful property. Very clean and presentable. Front desk staff were very welcoming. Didn't use any of the amenities but saw others using them and enjoying themselves.
I would have liked to have had an extra electrical plug between the beds for a cpap and charge both phones. Other than that, very pleased.

Property old and in need of repairs. Not what I expected for the price and past experience with Country Inn & Suites. The room had a dirty musty smell. Rust around the doors in the bathroom. Furniture absolutely disgusting!! Nasty stains on couch. The pool was so cloudy could not see the dolphins at the bottom. Staff was courteous. There are many hotels/motels around Amarillo-I-40 to choose from definitely will not choose this again.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. Wonderful pool. Very comfortable rooms. Our only complaint was the lady at the front desk when we checked it was very rude. It wasnt busy. We were the only ones in the lobby, but she still was very irritated she had to check us in. We almost left and chose another hotel over her attitude.

Pleasant atmosphere. Desirable location. Generous spacing in the room. We were in handicap accessible room. Bathroom was pretty open. It was a bathtub, but had an attachable very sturdy shower bench, so transfer was easy and felt safe and stable. Decent seat width. Quiet throughout. Nice lighting. Breakfast had a hot as well as cold side. Great coffee and condiments. Lovely welcoming service area with coffee, fresh water, and freshly baked cookies. We will use this place the next time we are in Amarillo.

The room was old and hadn’t been updated in quite a while. The bathroom shower wouldn’t drain and the door hit your knees while you were on the toilet. The a/c didn’t seem to be working properly either. Overall disappointing.
