The property is clean and neat. The front of the property is shaded and has some nice chairs in which to sit and drink coffee. The best part was the front desk staff. The lady who checked me in was so nice as was the lady the next morning who was so kind and thoughtful. They are lucky to have these two fine ladies as employees and I hope they get a bonus or a raise.

Visted the area with my sister for an event. Very nice rooms clean and a decent complimentary breakfast. Planning another trip to the area soon and will be staying here again.

We slept well on their mattress. The room was humid and A/C did not help. The bathroom was configured in a weird way. The door blocked access to the shower. Not much room to close the door and I’m not a big person.

Make sure you do not upgrade your room for a hot tub because they are gross and dirty. Housekeeping does not come so your tiny garbage cans are full day 1 and you have to use the towels to mop up shower water in bathroom since the stand up shower has a curtain that just drains to bathroom floor. Bed is rock hard and hurts to sleep on.

Front desk staff not friendly during the first shift. And it was consistent for our 2 days there. She literally had an unfriendly face and her actions went accordingly. They originally gave us a Pet Friendly room and we didn’t book that way. It was not pleasing due to location and room accommodates Dogs. Not impressed with the room set up. The Assist Mgr was helpful and friendly but it took time to reach her because she was not on site and the front desk staff said they were unable to help us. Not a great set up, front desk staff normally changes rooms with no problem.

it's an average hotel. nothing fancy.
the lady at the counter when I checked out was extremely rude. I felt like I was bothering her by checking out, and asking for a print out of my receipt.
I won't stay there again or recommend anyone stay there.
