This hotel needs a lot of upgrading. The breakfast isn't great and there is never any fruit offered. This is out third time and all three times we were told the ice machine was broken. So for three months the ice machine is still broken. The doors in the bathroom are peeling and the mattress was a bit hard. I left my brand new bottle of perfume on our last trip by mistake. I called and was told it wasn't there. It was a birthday gift and we went directly home after our stay. :( We are not going back.

Went in everything looked ok until I was about to take a shower and realized the shower head was broken water all over the floor. I then said ok it’s only one night let’s just sleep and the bed was so uncomfortable pillows literally had no support and the bed you can feel all the springs very worn out. I didn’t even stay I left the same night at 8:30pm

First room we were given smelled of cigarette smoke. When we called the front desk they did assign us a different room and the second did not smell. There was no hot water in the shower. This was not just in our room but throughout the many other guests that were talking at breakfast indicate that there was no hot water the evening before and also in the morning.

It was my daughter and her boyfriend that stayed over the holidays. Overall their experience was not completely terrible, but they did end up moving rooms after a concern of possibly seeing a bed bug.. they were upgraded to a bigger suite and it was handled well. This was really the only major negative and I know that hotels and businesses struggle at times with managing something that is often beyond their control but just thought I would mention it.

The American flag was shredded and needed to be replaced. When brought to the attention of staff was informed other Veterans had also complain but management refused to replace it.
