Pool closed for cleaning at 10am. Could have waited til check out at 11. Kids disappointed! Breakfast fair

Good

Every area from the pool to the lobby to our room was not very clean. Splatters on the walls, broken tile by the stairwell entrance covered up with a rug. There was a Styrofoam cup under our bed when we checked in. All areas just looked run down. So, needless to say we will not be staying here again.

Very clean and tidy

Checkin and out was fast. Staff were prompt and friendly. Room was dusty. Hallways had stains on carpet. Breakfast wasn’t great.

My stay was great and I am looking forward to my next 2 stays within the coming month!

Sign says you get 6 pool wrist bands. Took 3 when we first checked in and asked for the other 3 on Saturday since we had a coule young cousins come visit. They decided to I charge us $30 with out telling me and then told me to deal with manager after 2pm. Won't be back. Also watch credit card sur charge they don't disclose. Ps i still have 2 of the wrist bands we didn't even use them.

Cleanliness has gone down since we were here last year.

We like staying here when we travel. The kids love the waterside and we like the size of the rooms. They are on their game with pool towels as well.

Everything was good but the pillows.

parking sometimes cramped. very nice pool and waterslide.

Kumar checked me in and he was so nice.

The staff are professional and kind. I enjoy staying here and my grandchildren love the pool! The breakfast is also good!

When checking in at 7pm, they asked us to do a review for them. Room was not ready when we got to the room, nothing had been done. They didn't believe me so they went to check. They said sorry it was marked as a clean room. They asked us to wait until the room was ready so even though it was late in the day, they didn't offer a different room. So I asked where is the public restroom, where it had no toilet paper. They apologized again and were arguing with each other. So we went to have something to eat. They were finishing the room while we were driving up, we were on the first floor and the curtains were open. We were in the pool (one slide not a water park as advertised) the next morning, they made everyone get out of the pool and it won't be back open til noon. When we got our bill they said because we used a discount app they would not give any discount for any of the issues (app gave a $20 discount), we paid over $150 a night. When I asked for something to make our time with them more pleasurable, they continued to argue so I asked if they still want me to give a review as requested when we checked in, they said go ahead. And stated we said sorry and that the room was marked clean so it wasn't their fault. Then wanted my email address so the manager can get ahold of me to discuss our stay. We haven't been contacted by management.

Toilet didn't work. Had to lift off tank lid adjust to get it to fill. The tv remote didn't work. We had to unplug tv to get it off. Management didnt care. I wouldn't stay here again

Speedy check-in, pool area was nice/clean, breakfast was good/wide variety, room was clean, beds were comfy but pillows weren’t great in my opinion(small/not comfortable.) Rooms definitely have been renovated since last time I stayed there(years ago) and we were pleasantly surprised, would stay here again.

The noise level was terrible. Apparently every weekend, middle school hockey players descend on the town. The parents go to the bar and leave the tweeners on their own without adult supervision. I called the front desk after 10:30pm about the kids yelling and playing hockey in the hallway. She came up and yelled at them. The quiet lasted 5 minutes. I went out to the hallway at 11:45pm and gave my best "Mad Gma" voice. The talking stopped but the continual slamming of the doors went on until after 1am. Sought to change my room from the middle of the one hockey team the next day only to be told there was no rooms available and that it wouldn't matter as the noise would be the same. The best they could do was offer me a comp meal at their restaurant which was closed until 4pm. We left and found another place to stay. The facility itself was clean, beds were comfortable but the lack of adult supervision of middle school kids was unacceptable and the management allowed it with a shrug of their shoulders was sorely disappointing.
