Very clean

Breakfast was good. Our room clearly had some previous water damage to the ceiling and they must have had to do some repairs to the walls as they had been patched and spot painted. It seemed as if we could hear more than we should have. I expect to hear some noise from people walking around in the room above us or walking down the hallway, however, we could hear full conversation of people through the walls and closed window to the parking lot. If I wanted to sleep somewhere with loud kids running around I would sleep at Chucky Cheese. After 10pm the kids were quiet however between the dogs barking and a vehicle's base in the parking lot, we didn't sleep very well and my hearing isn't great after attending punk rock, metal and hardcore music concerts.

Clean, comfortable, staff was very friendly, quick check in, nice swimming pool with slide. Will stay again when i come back.

Rude staff member that would not address a room with bed bugs

Was very dirty and ran down! There was toothpaste in our sink from the last people and black stuff in the shower that would have easily been gone if it was clean. There was hair on the sheets and there was no place to hang any towels. Extremely dirty and way over priced! Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Caring staff

The first room we entered had a large water-spot in the ceiling and ceiling texture hanging down- very bad smell. Front desk had one attendant who took us to another room, dirty carpets and broken sheetrock in that room. Furniture was missing trim pieces and stained. Housekeepers were still in the halls working on rooms and it was after 9pm. We had been traveling all afternoon so we took the second room even though it was in poor condition. We didn't eat at the breakfast buffet in the morning after looking at the condition of the lobby in the daylight.... definitely won't return.

Nice stay

Very nice stay. Met our grandsons there. They had a great time at the pool and at breakfast. Kumar at the front desk made check-in and our stay very enjoyable.

we got to our room and there was a pile of dog poop on the floor

Not enough towels in room and the towels had some stains. There was 4 of us but only 2 towels.

Rooms need a little upgrading

We had a room with a pull out couch. We went to the desk and asked for bedding for it and they gave us one flat sheet and a very thin, stained and holy blanket. They also close the pool every day from 10-1230 so it limits your chance of using the pool before checkout at 11. The room itself was clean and the pool/slide was fun for the kids.

Bad bad bad Front desk was inhumane and hung up on me. The manager was zero help due to the fact he would not even be bothered to hear or attempt to fix problems was to busy to deal with a guest. Refused to allow me to speak to anyone to fix my issues.

This is one of my favorite hotels, however this trip the hot tub water was cold and the pool area was heavily chlorinated. I was a little bummed this time around. Hotel staff as always was very great!

Pool closed for cleaning at 10am. Could have waited til check out at 11. Kids disappointed! Breakfast fair
