Nice clean

I liked the location of the property. I did not like a few things. This property is having construction done and the workers are allowed to party and drink at the entrance of the door. Beer cans and trash were left in the morning and I didn’t think it was a good look. Breakfast is advised it starts at 6am. I rely on breakfast and this breakfast was warming and cold still at 6am. I have pictures of the beer cans and trash lining the entrance.

Room was average but needed maintenance attention and a deep clean. The bed was rock hard. Huge bleach stain in carpet right outside the door. Dog barking across the hall. People upstairs jumping on the floors at 1am and we had to be to the airport at 3am. Pool area in need of cleaning. Hallways are dirty.

Property is very run down. Carpets were gross, furniture was stained and had food stains on them. TVs didn’t work when we asked he said just do it manual and refused to change the remote batteries. Had to ask multiple times for towels in the pool. Staff acts like it’s an inconvenience if you ask for anything or have a question.

Breakfast is what you would expect not exceptional. The beds were very comfortable way above average.

i loved this hotel

Our experience at this Country Inn & Suites property was consistently unpleasant. The overall condition of the hotel seemed fine, but our room was disgusting. The most significant issue was the sofa bed in our room. When we pulled it out, it was filled with small pieces of garbage, large noticeable stains, and dirt. We reported this to the front desk. The staff member who responded lifted the mattress and shook the debris onto the floor, then proceeded to make up the bed. This was an unacceptable way to address the complaint. Adding to the room's concerning state, the smoke detector had been removed from the ceiling, leaving wires exposed, and was found stuffed into a cupboard. We requested to speak with a manager but were informed they were unavailable. We asked for a callback, which we never received. Subsequent calls to the front desk also resulted in promises of a callback that were never fulfilled. The lack of responsiveness from management was frustrating. The water slide, an advertised amenity, was in poor condition. It was visibly rusty, raising concerns about its safety. The water in the pool was dirty, containing hair and grime, which made it so gross. Breakfast in the morning was just odd: a loaf of bread where each slice had been individually placed in a plastic bag. After this I would never stay at a Country Inn & Suites property again.

Front desk was always empty. Had to try different methods to find assistance.

Beds sheets and comforter very filthy. Soiled spots all over comforter! Sofa bed had no bedding and very uncomfortable. Smelled of Marijuana in the hallways. Do not recommend!!

The idea of having a water slide on the property was exciting for the kids. The hotel is very understaffed. I waited in a line with 8 other guests to get bed sheets and comforters for the pullout bed. The carpet was disgusting. When I approached a manager in the morning he could have cared less. He said no one wants to work in the evenings. He had an excuse for everything. My kids enjoyed the pool and slide for 30 minutes in the morning, right after a swim we left, that was the best part. Do not recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately there are too many things to list.

The staff was helpful. The property appears neglected.

A/C worked good

The fitness room was my only complaint. The water cooler was empty, the tv didn’t work and the clock needs a battery!😬 Otherwise was very pleased!

From the posted rate for two rooms $243.00 including taxes. After I booked the price was changed to $141.00 per room, and the explanation (lie) is unbelievable, you have to hear it for yourself. That being said just know THE PRICE SHOWN ON THIS WEBSITE CAN CHANGE EVEN AFTER BOOKING. But let’s talk about the hotel, lamps that are so ridiculously broken , a thrift store would trash them, why? A bathtub that is not clean, the bottom of the tub should be white, Obviously they are short of help, I know that, but those working should take responsibility and fix these problems. Now the breakfast, those were the WORST EGGS AND SAUSAGES. I have ever had, it’s so simple, go on YOU TUBE AND LEARN HOW TO COOK EGGS AND SAUSAGES,

I had read reviews of poor service at this hotel and decided to try it solely for the pool - I wish I would have paid more for better service now. The only positive of this hotel was our children getting to go down the slide. The man working the front desk was not interested in helping us or any of the other customers we saw him interact with. There were no towels left in the pool at 9 pm on a Friday night. We asked for more pool towels and he said it was too busy and they didn’t have any more. We then used our room towels so we didn’t need to walk back wet. Going back to the front desk, we asked for more room towels and he said they didn’t have those either - he didn’t bother looking up from his phone while texting. We said there were only 3 towels in our room to start with and we reserved the room for 4 people. After 12 hours in the car we all wanted to shower. He said we could come back to the hotel desk ourselves at 11pm and he would have towels ready. Heading back to our room to shower with our used pool towels, we found our pull out couch for our children had no bedding and none in the room. We were told we needed to come back down to the front desk to get bedding and pillows ourselves. Again, we reserved the room for 4 people so the hotel we had pre-paid services for, including housekeeping, can anticipate how many room towels, pool towels, and bedding we would need. We certainly felt like an inconvenience to the man working, which certainly became an inconvenience to

Convenient location and great pool for kids! Solid breakfast options and rooms were clean as were all public areas. The carpets are very worn and rooms need updating! Still good value for the money!
