extremely close to the airport, excellent friendly shuttle service.

This was a great stay at a stressful time. We were evacuated from our town due to flooding and it made it a little less stressful. Sephora was amazing the whole time we were there.

We were charged and exprbitant amount for a small "stain."

The front desk clerk was very nice and immediately upon arriving to our room we recived a phone call making sure the room was clean and asking if we needed anything else.

We stayed here so we could rest before our super early flight. The hotel is aprox 3 or 4 minutes from CVG airport. The front desk worker I cannot remember her name she was the sweetest

I like their airport transfer its only approximately 6 minutes at the airport. good for just an overnight stay. Special mention to their super employee Noah. He was the airport transfer driver, our receptionist and my husband said he saw him picking up some towels at the pool area.

Bed was like concrete! Fridge did not work. Walls were thin could hear everyone shutting doors or kids screaming at the pool. At one point went to front desk to buy a drink from the store there however there was a sign saying they had to leave to get someone from the airport and there was a couple saying they weren't there as I waited. I was confused they showed me the sign and said they were there waiting for a while to check in and couldn't because no one was on site. Which is weird as there should be more than one person working. I got charged 17 for a hot pocket and ice cream and the ice cream completely melted before I opened it because the fridge at top temp couldn't keep or make it cold. So I paid all that to throw it away. Wouldn't stay again. Only stayed two days because my house was flooded completely from the Ohio river and everyone was booked and we paid for two night after leaving the last hotel in Ohio to be closer to home and my husband's job.

The employee at checkin was rude and never engaged in conversation. He needs some customer service skills

It was nice, clean and comfortable

I was surprised this hotel had the high rated reviews listed on this site. The doors strike plate was missing on the main door and was easily jolted back and forth, and it WAS all night up until 1am!! The bed wasn’t as advertised it did not have a pillow top anything on it. As a matter of fact the pillows were worn out not supportive at all. I will not stay here again, and I will not recommend it to anyone

Classic setup and clean rooms. Towels were thin though and room was freezing but would stay here again

Convenient to the airport

Room door seemed to have been kicked in at some point, was very loose even with the deadbolt locked. Had to put a towel over the door to keep the rattle to a minimum.

It was a clean place to stay and they offer park and fly and it worked great

Stayed one night. Elevator was a bit dirty but rooms and breakfast was clean

Stayed for two nights as a family of 5! The suite we stayed in had a separate bedroom, which was really helpful for putting the baby down for a nap while the rest of us hung out in the living area. Breakfast had a decent selection, the pool was great, and we enjoyed our stay!

The first room we had was infested with ladybugs. The lady at the front desk was very understanding and upgraded us to a suite. It was extra nice. Cookies were delicious too. Shuttle transportation was awesome and the fact we could leave our car there made it convenient and just as cheap as going to the fast park long term lot
