Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Columbus Airport, OH

As soon as we walked in the entire Lobby smelled like a dirty poopy baby diaper. We waited at the front desk for about 5 minutes before someone came up. We got to our room and were immediately hit by the stench of a dirty cat litter box. Breakfast was horrendous. Toaster only had one workable slot because the handle on the other slot was broken. They're juice machine was broken so there was no available beverages. No water or coffee or tea here at all. They have a jug full of what looks to be old milk in it but it's more of a picture and not a jug. They had apples which were covered with dried waffle syrup and batter even though the waffles are about 2 and 1/2 feet from the apples. There is dried food and dried stuff all over every single thing in the kitchen area. Your choices of food were potatoes sausages that are stewing in some liquid a bagel some toast a couple very old danishes that as you can see in the picture were surrounded by whatever that stuff is and waffles. They had yogurt LOL I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they are really looking for a cheap day. They also don't give you conditioner only shampoo, a bar of soap, and lotion.

My wife and I stayed this past weekend in Columbus for a college football game. The hotel was not clean. The main entry had stairs to the second floor. There was dirt and debris all the way up. The room was clean, however some table lights had I bulb space empty. Multiple class of bulbs, etc. The bathroom only had 1 set of towels and the tub should have been replaced. The TV channel selection did not include the local channels, and no channel guide was available. We were told the channels were different than all other channels 201 etc. for local (ABC,CBS, etc.). Using the suggested numbers did not get you to the channels. Also, the “guide” on the TV had no coordination to what channel was accessed by entering the guide channel. The final room issue was the darkening curtain next to the bed did not close enough to darken the room. On checking out my wife used the public restroom that was dirty and the soap dispenser was empty. All for $337.

Rooms are cleaned every 3 days, which I was okay with, but then you need to leave supplies for 3 days. We had 1/2 roll of toilet paper, coffee for one cup for 1 day. Had to go to front desk each day to get what we needed. In addition, breakfast closed early one day, and the next was almost completely out of food with 1/2 hour left. Weve had great stays at other Country Inns, but we wont be visiting this one again.

Beware. This place is low end trashy. There were vagrants asking for change and multiple people posted up on the porch. Guys hanging offered my bud after I checked in. My room had ants. The luggage cart cut my finger. Advertised business center and doesn’t have a computer of printer available. Pool looked gross. Carpets were dirty. One bed had a plastic sheet on it? The keycard didn’t work multiple times. Also I’m itchy from staying there. I can keep going but I.

The hotel was dirty, nasty carpets, broken fridge leaking in my room, no shower curtain, not a comfortable stay at all

This property was horrible the pics are not what it looks like staff we got two dirty rooms and the front desk had the nerve to ask the staff like we where lying about the rooms not being done then in the morning staff walked in on my family at 11am saying it was time to check out meanwhile they sent us a text message at 836 am to tell in checkout was at 12pm when checking out i told front desk what had happened and he says that was the last management meanwhile your system sent the receipt when we paid for it to our phone sent a text about rating them and the text about checkout but the staff is horrible

Sign on side door “please remove all hoodies and ski masks before entering”. Dirty…smell…people smoking pot outside the doors…

I was charged an additional $100 dollars upon check in because of how far I live I guess. I’ve never heard of anything like that nor played for anything like that

Tub was dirty, tv stands was dusty, pull out bed had Doritos on it, mini fridge had hair in it, if it wasn’t so late we would’ve definitely left and went someplace else

Left within hour!!!!!hairs all over bed & pillows. ZERO food options. Snack machine COMPLETELY EMPTY, Coffee station disgusting - spills of coffee & sugar everywhere, couch cushion unzipped and foam exposed, ripped stained dirty furniture in lobby & room. Couch & desk chair both ripped-dirty feeling . Carpets everywhere felt dirty! Spent our eve at neighboring HOTEL-staff very friendly, hotel very clean & even offered us a good rate to stay knowing our horrible experience at this hotel . Spent hours away from my meeting trying to resolve getting refund!! neither hotels.com nor this MOTEL would refund my money . They stole $160 of our money for a place we didn’t & couldn’t stay in. They accused us of staying in room & taking a bath ??????? What the heck???? Who does that ????? I washed my feet from walking on their floors !!!!!! Left to look for another place !!!! This was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had traveling . Business or pleasure this is a bad choice!!! People loiter all around the front . Smelled weed everywhere in and out of this motel . Towels were stained . Shower curtain stained . Glass doors and table tops had old gross crud. Glass doors had dried stuff running down them everywhere . The hair all in my bed and on my towels was the deal breaker . So will NOT stay in a place where someone else’s hair is everywhere I sleep. Not sure bedding washed . Exposed box spring. Elevator disgusting. Wish I’d taken more pictures. These don’t come close to filth!!!

Place needs a deep cleaning and upgrade, especially the tub, elevator dirty while looking up saw something luminating in the ceiling light , was it a dead rodent or what? Not too fond of the $50 deposit to make sure no smoking is done, I'm a non smoker but not sure if I saw that listed about the hotel

The air conditioning was not cooling one day I called the desk cause it was getting warm in the room they said they would send someone up nobody ever came I eventually was able to get it to work. The room smelled like marijuana, the he dawas we checked out my daughter ran to wash her hands in the lobby bathroom and there was a dirty diaper open on the floor with stool in it, there was stool all around toilet n floor and in the toilet, we realized when we got home she left a pair of shoes we called front desk they said they would call me back and took my number, they never called back when I called back they did not answer the phone on separate occasions. Will never stay again

Stains on floors in room, and hallways. Room smelled like body order. Found items from previous occupant l, so the room wasn’t cleaned. Showers were dirty, I had to purchase shower shoes from dollar store. Towel shortage, front desk had none so a had to track down service cart multiple times. Staff was rude a dismissive. They overcharged my card by $100. Avoid at all cost

Just needed a place to crash for the night on our cross country journey, breakfast was good.

The appearance of the hotel is horrible. Towels were dingy looking. Need someone to spray for insects. It's a ghetto environment staff and guest was loudly arguing. Officers were called. Lastly, I was devastated when I checked in and front desk gave me a key to an occupied room. First time experiencing a stay while on a business trip. Website and actually appearance/rooms of hotel doesn't look the same.

The hotel is definitely in need of an upgrade. The floors were horribly stained. The pool had only a few dining chairs for seating. The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were okay. Breakfast was decent. The location was perfect. Right off major freeways. Plenty of choices for food within walking distance.

Bathroom: one set of towels were provided for a family of 4. The tub was stained and appeared dirty. There was no bath mat provided for getting out of shower. Bedroom: carpet needed to be vacuumed. Breakfast: there was no meat at breakfast and was told that it would not be any re-stocked until the next day. I arrived to breakfast at 8:30 and was told that they were shutting it down, even though breakfast was not supposed to end until 9:00. I had to have the cooler unlocked so that I could get some butter.
