Hotel is clean and staff are excellent. Wifi is terrible, 2 mbps and unstable with an excellent connection to the router. Not good for business travel when you need to send emails or have zoom calls.

Exactly what I expected - no surprises

My only complaint has to do the the TV viewing. Directv was/is in a contract dispute and as a result, I had no access to the Local Fox station. Very inconvenient.

Our room was not fully clean. There was dirt and crud on the walls. Under the bed my 10 month old baby was grabbing earrings and cups and wrappers from previous guests. The front desk workers were unkind and rude. We had a nice stay but was not cleanest all. The big pool and kiddie pool were also really cold. And hot tub was yellow from lack of cleanliness.

Everything was great minus the extremely hard king size bed

Stains all over the carpets, smelt like marijuana in the halls! Pool area was disgusting, last minute told us water slide was not going to be turned on (was only reason we booked there) would never stay here again it was over priced and disgusting! Have stayed here 4 other times and it was never like this it’s run down now!!

This is a bit older property but has been well maintained. Staff was friendly and my room was nice

I chose this motel because it had a water slide. At 5:00 the night before we were to arrive, we received a call letting us know that the slide was not working and wouldn't be used during our stay. We paid over $100 for this motel because it offered the water slide - now it was no different than others in the area but we were not able to cancel and change to other accommodations due to the lateness of the call. The carpets in the hallways and the rooms were stained and spotted, the pool area was badly maintained with rusted out chair legs broken or poorly patched and covered with silver tape in the table and chair area. Some of the doors poolside were rusted 4-6" up from the floor, the towel supply in the pool was quickly used up and no clean towels were provided. There was a yapping dog in the room across the hall from us at late evening so we had to call and ask for that to be quieted. Either the bathroom doors and tub area were dirty or showing heavy traffic and had not been cleaned or repainted. The breakfast was adequate with plenty of staff but very limited seating was available. All in all, way too expensive for the condition of the motel and we will most likely not return when the slide is repaired. The staff were friendly and the location was great - just a huge disappointment for the price that we paid.

They called me days before to let me know that the water slide was down for maintenance. They offered a full refund. We decided to stay anyway. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Friendly staff. Best Continental breakfast ever.

We were not told ahead of time the waterslide in the pool was broken, we booked with our grandkids because of it and we were disappointed

Booked this motel because of the “water slide pool”! IT IS NOT OPERATIONAL!!! Plus, all wall outlets by lamps not working! (Couldn’t charge my phones, hearing aids, watch) Noisy wall A/C! Slightly disappointed compared to our last visit here!

Convenient area, friendly staff, good breakfast, water slide was out of service and we weren’t aware of it.

Water slide and pool are great for kids and the airport is right down the road

The hotel was so dirty, the rugs were awful full of stains, the mattresses were terrible, they need to be changed, the caulking around the tub and sink was painted over by a kid. The toilet is so low, only kids would be comfortable. The condition of the room was deplorable, they need to spend some money on maintenance. The customer service was hard to find, the staff were in a back room somewhere when we checked in and out and we had to wait, there was no ringer for letting them know we were there. I will not stay there again.
