Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Fairview Heights, IL

Good property, undergoing a refresh which was good. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered was okay. I was a little concerned they only had 1 elevator.

My 3 children and I took a family vacation to Saint Louis for spring break. I booked with Country Inn because of their pool being operational and complimentary breakfast. When we attempted to use the pool, we discovered there was no heat in the pool room so the water was about 50 degrees. We weren’t told of this at the check in so we found out the hard way. My kids were devastated because that’s why we chose the hotel. Another issue was that a staff member yelled at my children for eating too much of the complimentary breakfast. The third issue is, I requested housekeeping at the front desk since we needed fresh towels and sheets and the garbage taken but that did not happen either. Then upon check out, I left a note for the owner to please call me to discuss the issues.. that hasn’t happened as of now. I will never stay at this hotel again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. Hairs all over the bathtub and sink. Countertops were a bit messy.

The front desk staff are very nice and accomdating. However my room was not clean and the overall upkeep and look of the building was undesirable. The floors were dirty, mirrors dirty. They need a professional cleaning service that is able to pay attention to the details of cleaning. Will not stay there again

It was just okay. Nothing to write home about and nothing that ruined our trip. The storm on the first night knocked out power and the windows leaked water, but the staff was quick to get us towels to prevent damage. They were excellent. Over all it was a decent place to stay.

My wife and daughter have been there two days for 2025 woman's state bowling tournament, and the hotel has been an absolute disaster. For two days they had NO HOT WATER! The blow dryer in their room didn't work. The dining area where they would eat breakfast was unclean! My wife took a picture and will share it with Expedia when we will request a full refund from this poorly run hotel. Check other reviews and you will find similar complaints.

Trip was for childs birthday/medical. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful at check in. The following night remembered it was my child's birthday and asked how their day was and what they got to do. Breakfast was good, quiet property, clean and maintained. Definitely would choose this hotel again.

No hot water Sarturday and Sunday. Sporatic if there was any and only for one shower......

Bed sheets were not clean, had bodily fluid on them, they tried to cover up with comforter, prostitutes hang out here to make money, very dirty, filthy rooms smell like cigarettes and marijuana. Drug dealers also hang here to make their connections. Stay away from this place

The only good thing about this hotel is the staff was pretty friendly. The things I did not like was, the sheets were dirty, the toilet ran all night, the heater was very noisy and the cold air draft coming in from the outside wall around the mini split was insane. The beds were as hard as the floor. The breakfast was not good at all, the pool was dirty and had so many chemicals in it my niece had to have her eyes flushed and it broke her whole face out with a rash. You can hear traffic through the walls very well. I will not be staying here again
