I asked for an accessible room. When I arrived, was told the elevator was broken & they didn’t have an accessible room for me on the first floor. I really think when the elevator breaks, people reserving an accessible room should be notified.

Really nice hotel by the walk in and staff was welcoming. The first room they gave us room 215 the heat and refrigerator didn't work. No big deal we just switched rooms not an issue with us. The second room I believe was 213 and again the heat was not working by this time it was around 11:30- midnight my wife let the staff know but told him our toddler was already asleep so we could not switch rooms. It wasn't until 1:30 in the morning when the heat finally kicked on.

Wonderful convenient location. Cookies, coffee, tea, Nutrigrain bars and fruit bowl containing apples, oranges and bananas available 24/7. Clean rooms, adequate work out room with some free weights, two treadmills, one stepper, and one other machine (I can't recall type). Nice pool area.
