We have stayed at this hotel off and on multiple times in the past few years while our daughter is attending college in the area. The first time we stayed it was great and then it went downhill. We actually stopped staying here. It was not as clean as it had been in the past and staff seemed quite disinterested. I was looking for a cheap place to sleep on Monday night as I had to leave to go home at 5am. My stay was only 7 hours. I took a chance and I was pleasantly surprised. There has been an obvious effort in turning around the hotel. While there was snow in the parking area, the walkway into the hotel was clean and salted. I was greeted by Ebony who was very nice and gave me a complimentary water and snack bag. My room was very clean. As I was leaving at 5:30 am there was a pleasant gentleman cleaning the lobby.

Indoor pool and hot tub are closed, one of only two treadmills is out of order. Too much snow & ice in lot and on sidewalks.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. The jacuzzi tub was a nice add on for me.

There was loud music playing all night long! We were not sure where it was coming from and then in the morning realized it was the office/lobby and our room was right above!! It was terrible.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Little disappointed that the pool was closed. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying there.

The staff here is the best! From the cleaning staff, to the kitchen, and the front desk. They were so kind to my family the whole 3 nights we stayed. We definitely enjoyed our stay here more than other hotels we have stayed at in the area. Will definitely be back!

The staff here were lovely. The hotel is definitely old and maintenance has not been kept up. But it was clean and comfortable.

The cost of the room was very reasonable.
The breakfast was quite good.
The rooms were large with plenty of lighting.
The rooms were noisy. You could hear the people in the next room.
The front desk staff did not know the hours of available breakfast.
The front desk staff did not want to answer the phone when we called during our trip to Ithaca.
The shampoo etc was excellent.
Having a microwave oven as well as a refrigerator and freezer was excellent.
It was difficult to open the outside door as well as the room with the key card. It would take several tries.
