Stay is ok

Front desk gal was super nice and helpful. Unfortunately the rest of the hotel made me want to get a different hotel. Everything was dirty from the halls, elevator, to the bathtub. Completely disgusting. Found a hair under my pillow. Looks like the take an iron to the outside of the covers and leave the rest from the last guest. Everything except what could be seen when made was wrinkled and looked used. There were no bugs if that’s your one criteria, but the AC was broken, the tv stand had stickers on it that looked like a kid tried taking off. Bed was uncomfortable I felt every spring. Would have left if I could have gotten my money back.

First the good, hot water for shower, flat screen tv with basic cable, room was clean. Now the bad. Says non smoking but halls have a smoke smell, room has very noticeable wear, lack of updates makes it feel old and uninviting. Clothes rack was broken. Honestly, unless improvements are made soon I wouldn't be staying again. The staff are professional and courteous, but either lack of proper management or upkeep over time let this hotel go in a bad direction over time.

Staff were very nice. Breakfast was average. No sausage in biscuit gravy. Room had dirty walls, dirty carpet, stains on curtains. Room had a terrible odor like a chemical smell. Stains on couch were visible. Homeless people living close to property. People digging through garbage bins outside! Abandoned cars in the parking lot. Location is close to dining and shopping.

Needs repairs, badly

Beware of the deposit and additional 6.99 non refundable service fee to stay at this location. Upon arrival I had to put down a $50 deposit and was only refunded 43.01 as I was told there is a no. Refundable 6.99 service fee.

Water would not heat up to take a shower, even at the hottest setting. Pubic hair on bathroom floor. Towels very poor quality. Room heater malfunctioning...set at 74 but room was at least 85. AC did not work to bring room temperature down . Staff was nice but we didn't complain to ask for a better room after 12 hour drive...just wanted to sleep. Beds were ok but barely able to sleep in a hot room.

You get what you pay for. We wanted someplace cheap for one night stay.

The place needs some work - the fan in the bathroom and the light in the shower didn't work. We didn't have a "do not disturb" tag and never got one delivered. The washing machine wasn't working so we shared a washcloth for the whole trip.

Regular hotel no complaints

They never fixed lights and it was noisy

They do not put enough coffee grounds on coffee and it looks like just color light brown and taste like water. Hair dryer is broken and only blowing cold air. Shower hot water come and go.

Best environment

The breakfast was not good. The faux eggs were cold, coffee was brown warm water, the sausage gravy was minus the sausage. It looked as though the city may have rented some of the rooms for the homeless population.

Entire hotels is "Smoke Free". First, this apparently does not apply to Marijuana. The first room I was offered smelled as if it had been used as a break room - everyone smoked and had just left. I called down to the front and there was no real apology or offer to make it right. EXCEPT for a bottle of cleaner to be sprayed (by ME) to remove the odor. I had to ask for a wash cloth. The room could accommodate 3 people but literally had 2 towels and a bath mat. I could not close the curtains - they would not move because the bracket was broken. The shear set looked as if a cat clung to it and slit the curtains as it slid to the floor. Water pressure was good, but water pooled about 2 inches from the drain. There were signs of repair, but rown caulking was used instead of white (literally everywhere else in the bathroom). I had to search for the garbage can. i refuaed to stay in that room a second night. The young lady that helped me change rooms said "they should have either moved you, or comped your room." NEITHER was done nor offered. The second room was both beteer AND worse. This was like the red-headed step-child room. Only used when absolutely necessary. No soap OR wash cloth. Stains on the sofa cushions (BOTH sides). The back of the dresser/tv cabinet was coming off. I only know this because I had to get back there to find the cord to the tv to plug it in. There was another cord unplugged, I think it was for the coffee maker. No waffle batter both days.....

I was about to get assaulted inside the hotel by another guest, front desk guy didn’t even try to do anything, hotel is nasty, I asked twice for housekeeping they never came, service was awful.

This hotel is a great deal!! If you are looking for luxury, this isn’t the place, but you already know that with the price. If you are looking for something clean and comfortable that is budget friendly, this might be a great match for you. I always feel safe which is important to me since I am not from this area to know that information. Plus it is super close to Integris Hospital which is the reason for our frequent visits. The halls and rooms may be a little outdated, but that isn’t what we were looking for. Clean, comfortable, safe, and great price.

Amazimg Feeling in the Air. Family feel

Check in was easy and smooth. Lobby was as expected as well as included breakfast. Room was different story. A penny was on the floor; it hadn’t been vacuumed or not very well. My daughter pulled down her covers and there were long hairs attached to the blanket between the two sheets on the bed. We were both very tired, so we didn’t report it. I didn’t look between my sheets, just rolled them up when I went to bed. The water in the sink was scalding hot no matter which way you turned faucet. We used a scant amount to brush our teeth and didn’t take showers that night. The toilet had red finger polish smeared on it. Our chargers wouldn’t stay in the outlets! Move the cord and the blocks fall out! We headed out early and didn’t get back until after 10pm. We tried the shower and the same scalding hot water came out! I mean it was steaming! My daughter filled the bath and I called front desk. A young lady answered and said that maintenance would come see. Over and hour later, I called again and the man at the front desk had no idea about my call. He said he would call maintenance and actually asked me the room number-which the previous lady failed to do. After another hour had past, my exhausted daughter got in the tub of water and took a quick bath. I was too tired to call again. Went to bed. The next morning, we tried the water and they had fixed it, but the pressure blew the cap off and junk landed in the sink. To top it off the hairdryer didn't work. Wont return or recommend.
