The room bathroom had hair on the wall. The coffee maker was in the bathroom next to the toilet. The coffee cups weren't wrapped with plastic. The room only provided shampoo & conditioner. The breakfast didn't provide any meat. It was biscuits, round eggs, and white gravy w/o sausage. You could make your own waffles. The utensils were in a cup with no coverage or protection from germs.This was served both days we stayed. The elevator was filthy. On a positive note, it was quiet. This place is not a safe place to stay! Me, my sister and niece first noticed multiple person were sitting outside a few feet from the property we walked up to the building to enter the building and there was a crazy wild woman yelling trying to hit the receptionist then tried to hit another man there is no security at the place! We hurried and went to the car to be safe and left! Didn’t even check in or nothing! We Will not be returning or staying at this place ever! This is not a safe place to stay!

Stayed at the this hotel for a night. Check in process was okay got the the room and the bathroom was nasty. The bathtub was dirty. I went to the front desk and asked to change rooms and explained the situation. the lady told me they didn’t have any of the king rooms. I asked her if she could put me in a room with 2 queen beds and she acted like that was a problem. So I asked her if she could at least give me something to put on the bathtub so that I could be comfortable and even that was a problem. Another thing that bothered me was that when I went to the front desk to asked for clean towels the lady at the front desk said they didn’t have any. Moral to the story is I wouldn’t stay here it’s not but a headache and a waste of money.

Would highly recommend steering clear of this hotel. First red flag was boarded up windows on the exterior of the hotel. Our “King Suite” was located on the 9th floor. Was 85 degrees with stains all of the carpets and couch. There was rust all of the bathroom and hair all over the bed. Asked for a refund and they offered to move us so we were moved to a king room on the 6th floor. Same condition. Couch disgusting with stains in the carpets and the bathroom being disgusting. Requested a refund and the lady at the front desk said we could leave but wouldn’t get our money back. The entire hotel reaked of marijuana. Hallways 90 degrees. The pictures this hotel has listed are not accurate it is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.

Front desk night shift clerk very unfriendly. And rude. Had a attitude when I asked for more towels then I asked for a blanket and she said they didn't have any. They have lil thin blankets on the beds. Breakfast was trash. Breakfast attendant rude acting like she did not understand any English. One hard biscuit and dried crusted gravy bread cereal with only skim milk waffles and watered down apple and orange juice was they only thing available at 730 for breakfast and she would not put anything out. Morning front desk clerk looked up at us as we left and looked right back down and continued on her phone. I will never stay here again. The room was in sleep able condition but nothing more. Looks nothing like advertised. Pool area covered up looking like a crime scene never again

It was not good. Asked for towels and the lady seemed like she got mad. Found a cockroach in the bathroom, hallways was creepy the bed was hard. The blow dryer holder fell off as soon as I tried to use it. The curtains had big holes in it, the room smelt with a bad musty smell. Staff was rude, the pillows are small, you don’t get a big comforter just small sheets. I was going to eat there but from Recommendation’s from other guest they said the food was gross.
