Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Oklahoma City at Northwest Expressway, OK

My stay is typically uneventful and positive, but this time it was marred by the presence of bedbugs, which made my daughter very uncomfortable.

Not what the pictures showed. Totally won’t be back again.

The pools was so dirty you could not swim. Everything smelled very strong of pot. I was charged an additional fee at check in.

Would definitely never recommend this business for any situation. Very unsafe unsanitary unprofessional . No water pressure what so ever could not shower at all.. homeless people in and out of facilities jumping in and out of pool sitting in front throwing up on bench lots more to express just awful establishment.

Stopped here because of a flash flood. We weren't expecting much because of the price but we were pleasantly surprised. Restaurant next door is GREAT! Ac might be a concern on hot days because it struggled to keep up even though the temperature had dropped 30 degrees because of the storm.

The door to the door was broken but they didnt want to move us or fix it. There was no comforter om the bed tjroigh my 4 day/3 night stay, despite requesting one. I also requested fresh towels and never received them,.so i had to dry off w a hand towel. My color treated hair(red) transfered a small amoint of color to the hand towel, and now they're chrhing me $20 for it despite the issues within my stay there. They did not clean the room, though i did request it whem i requesyed my blanket and towels that never made it to me. I normally have very good experences with this chain, but this hotel is an exception to that rule.

I didn’t stay here . I checked in and out within 15 minutes . Still in works with Expedia to help me get my money back

Got to the room, bed had no sheets, pillows had no cases, asked for sheets and pillow cases, they had ran out of pillow cases. No hot water in the shower, open sink faucet and water was yellow and dirty.

Hotel is in poor condition, homeless people wandering around the property at all hours day and night!

Interior seemed not maintained but worn. Chipped paint on bedroom walls, cabinets scratched up & bathroom curtain rod was repaired using masking tape.

Not worth the money.

The only thing worth praising i found was the front desk staff, they were welcoming/helpful and courteous. In regard to the property did not appear to be very well organized and somewhat dirty. Specific to my suite, carpet had very visible stains, as well as the sofa, the curtain rod was partially detached from the wall, which would not allow for the curtain to close well, instead it would roll to the center of the rod. It is my belief the quality expected from the Radisson is not even a shadow of its old self.

Rooms were clean, but simple things were not done. Coffee maker was not cleaned, toilets were too low to floor and shallow, Elevators were not cleaned or maintained. Breakfast provided was meatless and the same every morning. Parking was limited.

The first thing I noticed was an overpowering scent of a cheap cleaning solution in my room. I was on the 10th floor and went to go crack open the window. To my surprise, not only did the window fully open, but there was not safety latch or screen. The in room coffee pot hadn’t been cleaned out from the previous guest and was rusty and gross. And the overwhelming smell from the chemicals was still present and giving me a migraine the next day. They offered to put me in another room after I wanted a refund, I still had 5 more days left but said since it was after 11 it wouldn’t count and the refund would take 10 business days to process. So I was stuck and took up the offer. The jr executive suite wasn’t much better, The chemical smell was replaced by a damp dank moldy smell. The furniture was old and the carpet hasn’t been changed in 20 years or more. The ice maker was rusting and gross as well. I wouldn’t advise my worst enemy to stay there.

Outdated. No hot water

experience was awful from the start. The lady was super rude during check-in. Our booking was under my name but the card on file was my husbands. My husband usually goes in and checks us in while I sit with the kids. We don’t want to get them out until everything is ready because who wants three kids running around a lobby if we can prevent it. They wouldn’t let my husband check us in and then when I tried they needed him as well because of the card being in his name. It was just a hassle and the lady was very rude. Once we check in we got to our “Family Suite” which was soo small and cramped we couldn’t even get our stroller in the door. Upon arrival we turned the a/c down bc it was extremely hot. This was @3pm we leave go have dinner and see a movie. Upon arrival @10pm our room is still extremely hot. There were no phones in the room so my husband went down and let them know. The lady who checked us in came and looked at it and called someone via FaceTime and was attempting to fix it. After 30 min and trying to get my kids to sleep in a hot room while this was going on we asked for a different room. She said there were none available that would accommodate my family. So I asked for a refund and we would just drive home. She said just give her 5 min to see if it’s working. Finally around 1130 we told her we were just going. She said since we prepaid she can’t refund us. I had a 1 month old, 3 year old and 7 year old all sweating in this room.

Do not communicate with customers right need to learn how to communicate with customers

DO NOT STAY HERE. The whole property is nasty. It smells of mold, mildew, musty, wet, damp. Just so gross. And in the parking lot, there are cars packed with their whole lives packed in the back seat, seat leaned back and they're just watching you walk in. It feels so creepy.

The room was dirty, the mattress was dirty and the carpet had stains everywhere. The repairs all over the hotel have been done very poorly. I would never stay there again.

Only got towels for one person for a two bed and pull out bed. No extra pillow or blanket for the pull out bed. When i called and asked for more towels, a pillow and blanlet she didn't seem to want to give me them. We had 5 people in the room. The blanket they gave us had two giant holes in it. The toilet seat was broke, we had to pop it back in 3 times. A lamp was broke. Breakfast tasted horrible, ruining gravy, dry biscuits, watery orange juice. They had no breakfast meat. Pool was looking a little green, needs to be cleaned better. No hamper to put dirty towels in, no towels on the rack in the pool area.
