Everything good

Bathroom door was dirty. Hair in bath tub. Sheets were wrinkled. Toilet when flushed kept running. Breakfast was supposed to be hot, eggs looked old. coffee was cold. Elevator floor was dirty.

Very nasty and smelled horrible.

stay far far away. seriously. there are cockroaches and dirty toilets. it looked like an explosive diarrhea that someone left in there for us to find. I rated the surrounding areas excellent because of the relief I felt when we exited the cockroach infested building. there are good reviews for this place but that’s because they were sleeping when the cockroaches were crawling all over them. it’s going to take years of therapy to get over the trauma from country inn. Save yourself.

Very little hot water in the shower, no wash clothes and the towels were very small. The pillows were extra small and the bed was very hard. Not bad for an overnight stay but not for several nights or extended.

The hotel needs updating and a good cleaning. The pool was murky and unusable. The room had two small towels and a washcloth in the bathroom, hot-not Luke warm- water in the shower, a set of normal size pillows, and elevator that doesn't look like it recently crashed (handrail was missing, floor indicator lights were not all working-it looks rough), the chair is damaged, stains on the carpet, sheets were dirty. The staff was pushing a new restaurant the 1st night and didn't interact much after.

I’ve stayed at this hotel plenty of times and never saw any roaches. This particular room had flooded so the carpet was still wet, the toilet wouldn’t flush. It was stopped up, we had to go and get a plunger and worst of all there were roaches everywhere.

This place needs to be condemned. It is infested with roaches and bedbugs. Dirty sheets with hose in them. No blankets pool is brown. The breakfast was nasty. Everything about this hotel is false advertisement. The customer service was terrible. They would not even talk to me about what’s going on with their hotel. I wanted my money back. They would not give it to me so I could go get another room. My mother-in-law was in the hospital getting surgery on her heart. I’m already worried about her and then have to worry about sleeping. I actually slept in my car that night because they would not refund my money. We took a sheet down there to them with bedbugs on it. They act like they didn’t even see it. She put gloves and everything on cause she was scared. The faucets had holes in them. The curtains were ripped up like a cat tore them up. The place is just filthy. Charge me extra money on my credit card no manager on site our clothes and stuff had to get bagged up because we was afraid we brought some home with us. Our cars were scared that they have them in them. This place needs to be condemned.

I am so traumatized woke up by getting ate up by bedbugs. I try to talk to the front desk at 2:30 in the morning. They act like they didn’t know what I was talking about told me to wait between eight and 9 o’clock to talk to a manager, a manager was not on site. They call somebody on the phone. He was very rude. Told me I was not getting my money back And there was no bedbugs. I told him I don’t know how they have a five star rating when the sheets was ripped, the curtains was ripped. The faucets was all messed up and hose in them. The place is terrible. The place needs to be condemned. I am so traumatized the sheets had hose in them. The towels look like they washed the car or wiped up spiels they was nasty and dirty. They look like they’ve been there for 16 years. The food was disgusting. They had no meat they had no arms everything that they advertise was not there we had no covers. They just gave us flat sheets. They was nasty and dirty. this place needs to be condemned.

People downstairs arguing about rooms but sounded like a third party issue. Then get our room, walk in and it wasn’t cleaned. Had to get a new room. Left the next morning and people in the elevator said they had bed bugs in theirs. It was rough.

I dought that I stay here again , The building had a weird smell and i tried to check in 45 minutes early after driving 3 hours and they said it would be 20.00 to check in early but they dont give you money back when you have to leave at 6 am the next morning

Entire area should be cleaned by Oklahoma City. By taking proper action against property owners, make sure they are not giving rooms to people who smokes(weed smell). Guest stupids are smoking and making others go crazy. Struggle to breathe good air. This property spoiling the Radisson name. Dirty towels, bedsheets not cleaned well. Bath rooms sink water soaked. On top of that all the hotels allow extra 1/2 hour for check out. These people are not allowing and $40 extra!! Coffee was not available or not hot enough! No tea bags kept!! We stayed at 806 and neighbors were yelling at midnight and early mornings. Around these properties we stayed earlier, people (guest) should be warned for smoking! And yelling!!

I booked a room with a hot tub and didn't get it and nothing was done to make it right

Everything within the room was fine. The only thing I disliked was the beds were to hard which killed my back. Other than that it was a good place to stay at. The breakfast needs some meat not just only the basic breads.

2 days asking staff to fix shower head. NO HELP. it was just a trickle. Third day someone showed. They did offer to move us to a much smaller room no compensation. I understand wear and tear but not dirty and stained furniture and carpets. 2nd day 1 of 2 elevators stopped working. For 10 floors very inconvenient.

I have seen the owner of the hotel is shouting angrily at the staff in the lobby openly, it’s something should not be happened. There is no daily room cleaning service and more importantly they don’t have any towels to provide. 2 towels for 4 days.

Our room was clean and smell good. Only thing was there wasn’t a whole lot of water pressure coming out of the shower head. Some tv channels had no signal. Parking lot was not well kept up, had garbage hanging out of the dumpster and found a pack of condoms and soda cup by my car one morning eww. Over all wasn’t too bad, could be better but for the price it was alright. Room and bed was clean and smell good staff was friendly and never rude in anyway or form. so can’t complain too much.

The biggest issue was the safety aspect and the carpet was so dirty, the hotel and room really smelt so bad. The bed was not very comfortable at all. Please know we do not do this. This is the first time we have said Anything about a hotel we’ve stayed in and we’ve stayed in a lot them around the world. Brenda Keller
