Very clean, updated property with excellent friendly staff. Unfortunately there were renovations taking place in other area causing a little noise & work crews on the property. Other than a little noiße occasionally & having the water off for a few hours in the middle of the day, with a full days notice, the renovations could have gone unnoticed. It was 3 mins from where I was traveling back and forth to, so very convenient. I would stay here again & will recommend it to friends & family when they come to visit.

The only complaint I would have would be they are in the middle of renovations but that's not really valid as they are upfront that that's occuring. Very clean all the staff are friendly and super helpful. They have been great addressing all my concerns right away. Definitely recommend

Checked in after midnight. Front desk clerk was also the bartender, so I let her know I needed to check in. She continued to serve new guests rather than helping me until I demanded she check me in. Room had a broken mirror and faulty flush handle. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:00 AM even though the “Do Nor Disturb” sign was on the door. Simply a horrible experience.

We booked this stay through a package deal. We were happy with the location as it was close to all the locations we wanted to visit. It was undergoing renevations, but that didn’t affect our sleeping. Clean hotel and ok breakfast. Would stay here again.

This property is under construction and has trash all over the property on the outside also the front desk staff in the day has a nasty attitude aswell as the manager I will be in the area and will be contacting the local code enforcement for operating under renovations demolition of walls and the are bringing out broken bricks down the elevators with visitors on site the manager Tony is allowing all of this

When booking there was no mention of constant construction every day at the hotel. The area around the hotel had construction materials and debris. The inside was dirty from the construction in areas and it was noisy during the day - did not want to complete work calls, etc. Did not feel safe. Front desk staff were rude. Had to stay 1 night to not lose money then rebooked elsewhere.

It rained during our stay and the constant dripping of water from the leaking windows made it difficult to sleep. But that was only one night the rest of the nights four in total it was hard to sleep because the fan on the air conditioner NEVER shut off. Even after shutting the air conditioner off both on the air conditioner and on the wall thermostat the fan NEVER shut off. It would have been nice to have a shelf in the shower to put your soap on or your shaver. I'm sorry but I won't stay here again.
