Pleasant staff, easy to park

This property definitely needs to be cleaner and modernized. The bathrooms are not clean, the showers are not clean and the shower curtains are filthy. Just a one star is all about one can muster.

First room had blood spots on the sheets, immediately got another room. Bed was very uncomfortable and was short on pillows, which were hard to sleep on. 5 nights and they only changed towels once, not touching the bed at all.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean. It’s dated though, and the pool was shut down by the health department 10 months ago. Really missed having a little coffee maker in my room!

Nice location, friendly staff.

The room I was assigned was already occupied. I was able to gain entry with the key card supplied and when I opened the door there was a gentleman standing there in his under wear and a shirt talking on his phone. We were equally surprised.

The check in process was fast and easy. The room was spacious. There were stains on the chairs and the base of the bed (from being well lived in)BUT the room was clean and linens were clean. The pillows are comfortable.

Pool torn up

Check in person was somewhat rude, like it was a bother to check in early even though room was ready. Not clean. Looks tired and worn.

Really good stay, good experience overall, and great price. Only gripes are 1) pool was still not open despite our calling in advance and being told it would be repaired and open by the time of our visit. 2) The staff was very friendly and helpful EXCEPT .... except for one dude, probably 35 or 40, not real old, not real young, but a total grouch, made us feel like we were a real pain in the neck, and massive inconvenience for him to have to have to deal with us. 3) A bunch of guys were hanging out by a van at the end of the hotel, and having a fun time telling stories and laughing it up. They were fun to listen to, but they were smoking heaps of weed and the odor was overpowering and nasty.

The room was comfortable & clean. Pool was out of service, hot items on breakfast were cold & potatoes were hard.

We could hear the dog barking in the room next door, the air conditioner is loud, and you hear everyone walk by. Fortunately we were just there for a brief stay so it was fine. Room was basically clean, it's just outdated. The front desk staff is very friendly. Breakfast is fine, pool still not working but we didn't care about using it. All in all, about what you would expect for $80.

The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The breakfast was good. When we checked in the gentleman at the counter charged the account that I used to reserve the room even though I told him I wanted to use a different card. He never spoke. He gave us keys to a room which hadn't been cleaned and the bed had not been made. My husband went to the desk to complain and he was handed keys to a different room. No acknowledgement or apology. There were some stains on the furniture. The toilet seat was broken and would slide off the toilet sideways. The woman who also took care of the counter was very nice.

Pool and spa were out of order due to public health code violations. It appeared that no work was happening either. Carpet on third floor hall was loose. Warm breakfast was the same for four mornings.

It wasn't the cleanest.
