The check in process was fast and easy.
The room was spacious.
There were stains on the chairs and the base of the bed (from being well lived in)BUT the room was clean and linens were clean.

Comfort Inn and Suites was perfect for our one overnight stay. The room was perfect, well decorated and the breakfast was a bonus.

The front desk service was excellent. I thought cleanliness was good. housekeeping is definitely doing their job. I had to pay $20 to check in early which was a bummer. Also the pool area is shut down. It looks like indefinitely.

Worst customer service wver! Called the hotel the day before while on chat with expedia requesting permission to cancel the reservation. Jeff Garza from the hotel said no they cannot cancel. We show up today at the hotel and Jeff Garza says the resevation was cancelked but refuses to give us a cancellation confirmation. It is a pay at the hotel reservation and i fully expect they are going to try to bill my credit card

It is pretty run down. Beds well used. Just barely minimal for one night. Paid for a cold bottle of water and it was very hot, not just warm.

Good: bed was comfortable and room was quiet.
Bad:water and ice tasted terrible
No staff at front desk. Had to call them. Strong curry Oder, tattered and worn.
Breakfast was marginal. The price was good, but I would not stay here again.

Nice flowers out front. Room was nice, clean, fairly updated.
On the down side: showed up and found that the pool was closed. The hallway carpet is pretty worn and stained. And the tv satellite probably needs service or adjusting, since several times it was very broken up or choppy.

This property definitely needs to be cleaner and modernized. The bathrooms are not clean, the showers are not clean and the shower curtains are filthy. Just a one star is all about one can muster.

First room had blood spots on the sheets, immediately got another room. Bed was very uncomfortable and was short on pillows, which were hard to sleep on. 5 nights and they only changed towels once, not touching the bed at all.

The room I was assigned was already occupied. I was able to gain entry with the key card supplied and when I opened the door there was a gentleman standing there in his under wear and a shirt talking on his phone. We were equally surprised.
