Clean and comfortable. Insulate the doors between connecting rooms. We flew in and arrived late. While unpacking not making excessive noise, we got a knock on the door that the people next door complained of noise. We turned down the Volume on the TV, spoke softly and stuffed a towel under the door( big air gap). A little insulation would go a long way.

We just came off I-95 where it was covered in ice and there were many accidents. The woman at the front desk was so kind and helpful; we really appreciated her! The room was beautiful: very large, immaculately clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good. And when it was check out time and we asked to stay an hour more because the roads were still so bad, she said yes with a smile. Loved this hotel!!

Surprisingly quiet and pleasant with a wide breakfast selection. Not much in the way of hotel facilities but the basics were very good.

What i did not like our room was cleaned when we returned to our room the second night after been gone all day bed was not made no clean towels my wife had to go to the front desk after 10pm when we got to our room to get towels.

Our plane was diverted to Savannah due to bad weather in Asheville, and this Country Inn & Suites was conveniently located close to the airport and offered free airport transportation and a breakfast buffet. We were pleased and our stay was enjoyable.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only reason I am not giving this hotel a perfect rating is because the pool/spa area really needs some work. It is usable, but not very inviting as it is so outdated and in need of repairs. However, my children still really enjoyed it, and we would stay again in the future.

We checked in around 12:30am. The young gentlemen was not wearing any sort of hotel related clothing. He was difficult to understand. I requested an upstairs room and was told there weren’t any. We arrived at our room on the main floor and could hear the neighbors tv. Went back and requested a room change and wound up on the third floor.
Great nights sleep, super dark room. Was surprised to hear the vacuum or drilling or construction outside in the hall at 9:00.

We wer to have an adjoining room and got there and the lady absolutely wouldn’t give it to us and had all sorts of things to say about me booking third party.
Looked in the room. 2 oranges behind the chair and carpet was dirty.
