This place has always been great

A customer service rep wasn't accommodating

Stayed there because it is near airport. They offered shuttle service. Staff very helpful, clean and comfortable

We arrived around 1 am , immensely exhausted and greatly relieved to be greeted and helped by the gentleman on duty night of June 16th. And then helped again morning of June 17. Elevator was broken both days but at 80 years old we appreciated the help the staff gave us. Highly recommend.

It was exactly how it was represented. They were very accommodating, there was fresh cookies for all to enjoy and a free breakfast. That was amazing. Highly recommend.

The elevator didn't work. The air-conditioning was loud, there was a large puddle of water in the floor (that soaked up a large bath towel), the bathroom floor was dirty, they charged my credit card 2 charges of $100.00 that I had to call & ask the card company to dispute, I asked for a receipt and they said they couldn't give me one.

The positive: it was updated with nice style. The negative: the staff. We arrived and the men behind desk was extremely rude had an attitude the whole time. He proceeded to tell us that the elevator was not working properly, that we could get in but it could get stuck it was at our own risk. He gave us a room on the second floor and when I asked if he didn’t have anything ground floor he answered in a very bad manner that if he had he wouldn’t have gave us second floor and immediately ask us you wanna go somewhere else and give us the documents. I’m Jen I asked would we get a discount since this it’s an inconvenience..he look us up and down and told us “we don’t do that”! “You want it or not” elevating his voice volume!! His attitude continued. Cleanness: the shower had black mold and it was dirty. The night stand had something sticky. I’m he whole room smelled very weird. The jacuzzi water was dirty looked like brownish. The breakfast was ok but luck in variety. If you stay here to go to Savannah you should know you are pretty far about 30 minutes. In the past two month I have stayed at about 7 hotels (big and small) I’d never ever been treated so poorly!!!!

Elevator was out for the majority of our stay. Giant cockroach in the bathroom.

The elevator broke down and that was an issue because we stayed on the third floor and my husband couldn’t climb the stairs due a leg injury. The elevator was fixed but the doors stuck later and we were trapped in it for a short while. The staff was not as helpful as they should have been. The pool and Jacuzzi not well taken care of, it looked different and new online. Overall, I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Staff was friendly and kind. This place is updated and so clean!

Nice property. Comfy large rooms. Friendly staff. Only issue was that the single elevator was slow at best and malfunctioning at worst during the stay. I'm sure they will figure that out though.

The check in lady was very nice and there were trolleys available for the luggage. Check in was pleasant.

Wonderful staff was very kind and thoughtful. We had an early flight and they were so sweet to be sure we had coffee, asked if we needed a ride anywhere, etc. Highly recommend, and if we come this way again I will book this hotel every time.

Good hotel near the airport stayed in a kingbsuite 3 tvs no channels nice bathroom comfy bed clean elevator not working so stayed in 2nd floor
