Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Sioux Falls, SD

Where to begin - the positives: the pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good and the breakfast hostess was friendly and hardworking. The negatives - this hotel needs serious updating and maintenance. Dirty carpets (red stain on the room my family was in - blood, wine???). Our room was not serviced until we complained and one day one of the two beds was made and the other was not. Water stains were on the ceiling and plaster was falling off around the sprinkler in the ceiling. You had to move the TV stand away from the wall and unplug, replug to get it to work. My family found a bug on a pillow (not sure if it was a bed bug or not). Need I say more - you get the picture. Won't be staying here again!

Nice place to stay downtown. Close to all of the nightlife and the falls. Good breakfast and quiet rooms.

Just a one night stay. But it was good we liked how breakfast was tell 10:30 and checkout was later also. Not the usual early time like other hotels.

Sharron was the breakfast attendant and was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is included in with the room price making the property a great value. We received a text message before our arrival stating that the pool would be closed. We were offered $25 off our room stay which helped pay for the entire fee of going to the Midco family aquatic center. The aquatic center was awesome and the kids enjoyed the indoor city waterpark. The front desk told us about Midco. Thanks! I will highly recommend any of my friends visiting Sioux Falls to stay at this property!

Great location and restaurant in the hotel.

Love staying here- this time the pool was closed and so was the pub- no fault to the motel but frustrating the pub closed an hour early

Our stay was pleasant overall. The customer service at this hotel is truly top notch. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the river view was beautiful. Despite the unexpected amenity closure, the experience was a positive one thanks to the excellent staff. shout out to Sharon (breakfast area), & Tina and Tricia (front desk) for an amazing service.

River Walk was nice

Just few hours before check-in, I received a text from the hotel informing me that the pool and hot tub would be unavailable during our stay. My kids had been looking forward to using the pool, so I called the hotel and spoke with Tina at the front desk. She was kind and understanding, and offered a discounted rate for the night, which I really appreciated. At check-in, the discount had already been applied, and the service overall was friendly and professional. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was a nice bonus. Despite the unexpected pool closure, our experience that night was a good one.

Loved the location! We had a corner room overlooking the arch! The adjoining door to the next room allowed for noise travel between the rooms. Breakfast was pretty below par food wise, the kitchen staff was lovely.

Nice area of town and within walking distance to a few restaurants.
