Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Sioux Falls, SD

Checked in Saturday for 3 night stay. Enjoyed ODE that evening. Then it was closed on Sunday and closed on Monday. :( Found a much better restaurant across the street at Hilton Gardens, CRAVE! Garbage trucks woke us up at 7am on Monday. Right outside our room. Toilet wouldn't flush and shower water didn't drain properly. That was fixed by Alan cause the maintenance man was off on Sunday. Also missed cleaning our room on Monday morning. :(

We have stayed often at this hotel. It is refreshing to have a nice, not fancy, reasonable rate with exceptional staff and a special setting along the River. The food is fine but the kitchen staff is excellent.

The room was pretty clean. Lobby was not clean. Beds ok. Hallways ok. Front desk help was awesome.

It was a great stay

We ended up leaving the property to stay elsewhere. There was a major red stain on the carpet (not sure if wine, blood, Gatorade). The tv kept going out and we had to move the stand to unplug it and replug it several times. In addition, they didn’t clean the room and we received a text stating they would. The last straw was we found a bug on our son’s pillow. The general facility was rundown and not up to par for the price/ location. We relocated and asked for a refund. Still haven’t received it.

Where to begin - the positives: the pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good and the breakfast hostess was friendly and hardworking. The negatives - this hotel needs serious updating and maintenance. Dirty carpets (red stain on the room my family was in - blood, wine???). Our room was not serviced until we complained and one day one of the two beds was made and the other was not. Water stains were on the ceiling and plaster was falling off around the sprinkler in the ceiling. You had to move the TV stand away from the wall and unplug, replug to get it to work. My family found a bug on a pillow (not sure if it was a bed bug or not). Need I say more - you get the picture. Won't be staying here again!

I had an extremely comfortable room, but the price was a bit high.

The downtown location worked for our travel needs. Check in went well, breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice place to stay downtown. Close to all of the nightlife and the falls. Good breakfast and quiet rooms.

Just a one night stay. But it was good we liked how breakfast was tell 10:30 and checkout was later also. Not the usual early time like other hotels.

Sharron was the breakfast attendant and was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is included in with the room price making the property a great value. We received a text message before our arrival stating that the pool would be closed. We were offered $25 off our room stay which helped pay for the entire fee of going to the Midco family aquatic center. The aquatic center was awesome and the kids enjoyed the indoor city waterpark. The front desk told us about Midco. Thanks! I will highly recommend any of my friends visiting Sioux Falls to stay at this property!
