Very nice staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Pool & hot tub were awesome. Overnight staff was really nice & helpful.
This place is right on the river. Beautiful views, awesome walking/biking path.
The included breakfast had lots of good food to eat.
Checking in & out was a breeze.
I can't want to change back in October!

Beautiful view. Excellent service. Bed and pillows not very comfortable but ok. Large stain in middle of the rug my wife and I joked looked like a blood stain. Nasty

The girl at the front desk in the evening was very friendly! We were offered cookies at check-in, which were excellent. Enjoyed our stay.

Checking in wasn’t the friendliest or quickest. Older is hotel with lots of stains greeting you steps from check in. Small lobby and elevators are extremely slow. There is only 1. Parking is tight. Room was clean, but is very small. The falls are under construction so really not worth seeing right now. We did walk to see them & only reason I booked here. Breakfast was very basic. Enough to start the day. Hindsight I wish I would have booked elsewhere & just drove to see the falls. Stay was ok, but would not stay again. Overpriced for room itself & that was with a discount from hotel. Com.

The hotel could use some paint in areas, stained carpet in the elevator, broken hooks in the room, and a slow drain in the shower. Just kind of dingy looking all around.
