It was convenient

I booked this hotel for a two night stay. First arriving to the hotel everything seemed to be ok. The first night we discovered there were ants in our room. I spoke with the front desk attendant and he wrote my issue down on a pad. I expressed my concerns that a new room would be nice but he didn't give that option to us. The next day, I didn't hear back from a manger and afain, there were more ants in our room. The other front desk attendant informed me that the manager wasn't in until a certain time and that i should contact them directly. I called the number directly and no answer. I spoke iwth someone at the front desk that took my information down, but still no repsonse. It's been about a week and the hotel manager still hasn't reach out. Very dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and accountability about this situation. My family and I will not stay at that hotel ever. again.

Very nice place and people

cleanliness was good. Next to a gas station but we were on opposite side so wasn't an issue. Staff very helpful and friendly. It was cheaper to pay through hotels.com than if we did it at hotel with all discounts and offering to pay in cash. Hotels.com much cheaper for same room than other sites: Trivago, etc. Breakfast choice was good. Staff in charge was very nice. Unfortunately, the juice machine was broken but they offered orange juice in the refrigerator.

Want my money back. Had bed bugs and door would not lock.

Check in was quick and easy. Made it to the room and it was ice cold which I very much appreciated because it was hot outside. The room was nice and clean with comfy beds and pillows. Water pressure was nice and bathroom was spacious. Hot breakfast with different options during my stay but honestly the only thing good was the waffle you make yourself and the breakfast potatoes. Overall great hotel and I will definitely stay here again!

The staff was great! The breakfast was good with lots of choices. Very clean and comfortable! The check-in was smooth and I can not say enough good about this place!! We loved it here and we would definitely recommend this place!

Rented two rooms. Were put on seperate floors. One room had issues getting into room. When asked front desk, response was, "you may have to left up on the handle first. Some rooms do this". Ok, we will make it work. Second room, wall cracked around air conditioning (doesn't affect stay, just interesting for price). Toilet paper holder broken, sink cracked and little misc notices through out room. Chose this hotel for the rating eventhough a little more expensive than others. Rethinking choice. Would stay again, but may try another location first.

The very first room we stayed in, the television would not work according to the printed instructions on paper, so we were moved to a room across the hall where we encountered an issue with ants. We reported it to the front desk and they cleaned the room. The staff was friendly, even though we encountered issues in both rooms they were accommodating.

The bed was extremely comfortable! The immediate surrounding area wasn't particularly quiet or pretty. The hotel itself was great! It was very clean and new

The bathtub area needs some attention. Other than that all was good.

Checked in late and the young man took care of all needs.

Got bed bugs

Made the reservation through Travelocity at the last minute, as a back up plan. Purchased insurance in case I had to cancel. Once it was determined that we did not need to travel, and therefore did not need the ROOM. We tried to cancel the ROOM through the insurance and their requirements were ridiculous. It’s not a cancel any time insurance policy. Someone asked to die or get sick and then submit lots of paperwork. Sorry we didn’t have a chance to visit.

Tv did not work and rooms were grimy tiles in bathroom looked like they were never cleaned
