Pool is old and needs updated. Our room was nice but sheets were dirty. Staff was nice when asked for new bedding or towels! Right on the boardwalk which was beautiful to wake up to! Staff was excellent with any needs!

Room was across pool and elevator, people were loud by elevator not knowing they are standing right outside another room door. Went to breakfast around 8:45 didn’t know waffles were in another room and when I went there and got to the front of the line the batter was removed but staff were in line with waffle batter cups and when I asked they said they were out of it. Did express checkout but have not received any emailed receipt but just an emai thanking for the stay and asking for reviews

pool needs a huge over haul. room service comes once every few days so you need to go to the front desk to ask for essentials. wifi is not existant. wifi service keeps dropping and they tell you to call a 800 number to have it fixed. calling the number does nothing. i complained to the fromt desk and was told maybe you are too far from the router. wifi dropped no matter where you were in the hotel. will not book again

Be aware that the price it says isn’t the full price. Hotel.com has a pay at hotel option but it will charge a deposit anyways. The hotel has a hold of $250 upfront and isn’t mentioned on the reservation. They charge $10 a night for parking in a parking garage with no security and is very very small so just expected possible damages to your vehicle. The hotel is right on the beach an has a good view but also know the beach is uneven at the shore and has a large ridge that you have to climb down to reach the water . It’s definitely not handicap accessible or for small children or elderly. The breakfast is very basic and most the toasters are very slow to work.
