I love it my only issue was my wife needed a blow dryer so she could do her hair for grandmother funeral the one in our room wasn’t working. They didn’t have extra one so she could use. Because of that she had to change her hair style

Hotel has an old and smokey smell to it. Bed was uncomfortable. Hotel lacks the basics. Questionable people present , Me & my family don't smoke and this hotel doesn't hold guests or ppl who work here to a high standard especially when its a non smoking hotel and there are signs. Employee can be seen under the influence at the front desk.

Both guest and staff can be witnessed not following policies ( especially smoking on the premises ) The 2nd floor reeks of smoke in the evenings/nights and your forced to walk through smoke because people are smoking in the only two doorways that allow you to go in and out. Whats the point of a no smoking sign if it isn't being upheld.
You can easily overhear gossip, inappropriate conversations both in the halls and at the front desk. I will be staying elsewhere when traveling.

Can't get a direct answer at the front desk. Seems like everyone is on a different page. Big turn off is the hotel smelling of spoke & people smoking by the entrances.

Lot of path work, even within the rooms that are noticeable to the eye. Toilet barely worked. Shower wasn't cleaned 100% and barely held hot water. Carpet stained and room smelled,

Conditon of the hotel is gloomy. Hotels smells.
Dated. Beds stained. No working phones in the room..no alarm clock in the room.
maintenence work is patch & go , you can see it with your own eyes.
The lady at the desk asking for reviews for some contest , um no thanks . Last thing I want to hear.

The hotel itself provides a quiet environment. It also sits away from the city and is in a fairly quieter part of town.
The stay would have been pleasant however there were people smoking cigarettes as well as weeid throughout the evening and nights in the front entrance as well as the back. I don't know about you but who wants to walk through smoke to get inside the hotel. The whole back entrance all the way to the bathrooms smelled of weeid.
Breakfast is hit or miss, but I would look into improving it. Half done potatoes, raw eggs and cold sausage isn't appetizing.
You ask for housekeeping it doesn't necessarily get done.
